We bought this as our 3 year olds big Christmas gift last year (and paid $120). He LOVES it and plays with it all the time! Every boy that visits our house spends long periods of time playing with the fire house.
We almost bought this last Christmas for our son. It was about this price at Sam’s Club. This is a good price!
Thanks so much! I’ve been looking for a kind of “dollhouse for boys”, like something with moveable furniture but isn’t so “doll-like” and this is perfect! Saving it for his birthday in December!
Got this in March for my son from Woot, great toy! He plays with it everyday. But, mine did not come with the ambulance, helicopter or treadmill. I believe Woot has a slightly different model than Amazon. Just a small warning. But I would still buy it again!
Just bought this for my three year old son for Christmas! Thanks, Collin!!!
Wait, this is how much parents spend on kids toys? Are you serious? This isn’t even a medium-big Lego set or anything, it’s just some random toy house. Wow. Good thing I’ll never be having kids, because my kid would get a video game console and he’d be renting games from Gamefly, and that’d be his toy for the next 5 years. Maybe a bike too and that’s it. Oh, he’s only 2 and can’t play video games? Sorry, not spending $70 on something he’ll maybe play with for a few months.
I completely agree with J, it’s ridiculous how much toys cost, mainly the ones for kids under 5. You will probably spend $1000s on toys they’re barely play with, but yet go spend $300 on a PS3 and rent him games and that will be better than any other toys. Problem is infants don’t play video games or ride bikes. Oh well I’d say! Speaking of Legos, I recently looked at some, and this little vehicle/craft that is probably the size of 2 computer mice was like $50, I was like GTFO. When I was a kid, $50 would get you a Lego thing the size of like 3-4 Kleenex boxes.
So you’d rather your kid sit in front of a TV and stare at it aimlessly for hours on end playing a video game then fork out the $70 that will allow him/her to play and build an imagination, and have at least some kind of movement during the day. Yea…sounds completely logical to me.
I know. Good thing you’re NOT having kids, Clueless J. Sheesh.
