Yes, I have returned with them before. It’s 30 days, less shipping both ways. You can mail it back or take it to a store, if there is one in your area.
I was going to buy the sheets but with a $12.99 shipping fee, forget it! No thank you. Thats not that much of a deal especially when we don’t know the thread count on them.

I don’t see where it says what thread count the sheets are.
It doesn’t say thread count, what quality the cotton is, or anything. I searched the website and it didn’t even look like they sold sheet seperately! No go for me.
I just received the sheets. They are made from cheap polyester and poorly constructed. The sale was final and can’t send back. I should’ve saved my hard earned money.

I had also received the sheet set and ordered queen and twinn in two colors, received queen and full both in grey! Sheets are also very cheap looking. Disappointed.
I’m still fighting with them, so far they gave me a credit of $12.00 for the sheet. I also need to talk with them about the comforter because I don’t want it. I will let you know what happens.

Have to say that the Steals are no longer a Deal. The offerings have really declined in quality. And to think I was hooked because of last falls Talbots 100% Cashmere sweater for $20 or $25. Probably will no longer have this Special Promotion on my calendar as a reminder. And who would ever buy fake leather boots for $120 in the first place??
I was surprised the boots were not real leather, but it also states (in the reviews, which were almost all good) that they are virtually waterproof, which is a BIG plus. Aerosoles boots and shoes are very good quality, too. Sorry you’re disenchanted with the Steals and Deals, but I though this was a great deal!
I just ordered two sheet sets. It’s a base shipping rate of $12.99 no matter how much you order. So my total was $50.99. Not bad for two sets of queen size sheets. You’re not going to find sheets in the store for $25.00 apiece.

The sheet link is taking me to the vegas page. I tried to go directly to slfashion website and unable to get to the today sheet sale.
I tried to order the boots, but it keeps saying select a size. I did select a size, darn it!

I’ve gotten microfiber sheets before and they are not soft at all, had to return them they feel simular to cheap cotton sheets that have that rough feel that never gets soft even after washing.
I actually thought the Vegas deal was a bargain. It works for me because my boyfriend and I are going to Vegas in January, just lucky its not during any of the black-out dates. Overall, I am paying what I would expect to pay for the room, but the inclusion of the meals and club passes makes it a pretty decent bargain! Thanks!

Just got the boots! What a great (and frugal) Christmas gift for my college-age daughter — she’s wanted nice flat boots for a while, but neither of us could afford them! She’ll be thrilled!

Unfortunately, I tried for 4 hours to get through to the check-out process for the aerosoles boots and when I FINALLY got through they said my size was not available. I also tried to get these at the store and they only permitted 10 pairs of these boots to be sold at the $36 price. I am a long time aerosoles fan but this left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. I’m glad to see others were able to take advantage of the deal.
Bummer, looks like all the boots are sold out online. They’re cute, and I bet they’re really comfortable since they’re from Aerosoles.
I agree with Ron Gaudette. The Vegas deal is actually 47% off. The math required is 1 – (329/625) = .4736 or 47.36%
What is going on with the boots? All day yesterday the site was practically shut down – they took my email and name and I was told I’d still be able to purchase them when the site was back up and running – and now today they’re sold out?! Really frustrating! Maybe Jill should confirm with the company before she gets on tv that they’ll be able to provide as many as needed.
I concur. I experienced the same thing. After hours spent trying to get through the check out process I too found that they were sold out and I started trying to get the boots at 10 am yesterday…. I’m hoping Aerosoles will provide those of us that provided them with our e-mail some type of discount.
I completely agree! The site took my name and email info, said it would contact me so I’d be able to purchase them when the site was working. However, I never received an email from Aerosoles and tried throughout the day to purchase the boots. Finally, at 10:30 pm CT, I was successfully able to get on their site and then all the boots were sold out! How frustrating!
I am really bummed. I really wanted the boots and tried to order them. Aerosole was having site issues. They installed a message asking that we submit our name and email and they will contact us as soon as the site is fixed so we can order. They never emailed me and I now hear the boots are sold out. This is not good P.R. at all.
Anyone else get their email today that their order that WENT THROUGH can’t be filled because thye “oversold” … BIG bummer — was looking forward to those 🙁
I got the same e-mail. They did offer me black as a substitute but I do not want black. I wonder how early they really sold out because I was able to make my purchase fairly early in the day!?
So i ordered 2 sets of sheets different patterns but same size. They sent me one queen in the pattern that I ordered but not the right color, the size was right and a king size in a pattern and color that I did not order. I decided to keep the queen and just give it to my parents since it matched their decor but they HATE them. The fabric is kinda slippery for lack of a better word but the corners keep lifting up and dont stay on the bed. They also complained that the fitted sheet does not tuck under the mattress enough and they do not have a deep mattress 12 in mattress, they have a standard size mattress. So if you have a deep mattress like I do I would probably just re-gift them like I am going to have to do.
After waiting a month and wondering if I’d ever see the two sets of sheets I ordered (that they charged me for on Oct 4), they finally arrived today. I did, at least, get what i ordered. i have not tried them on the bed yet, as I just changed the sheets so will do that later. I knew they were poly and was fine with that, but boy are they the cheapest material I’ve ever seen. Super-thin, see-through with lines of even thinner weave. Shiney. I also figured they would not wrinkle so bad, not being cotton, but they are very wrinkled after washing as directed. I’m going to keep them and use them until they are no longer usable, but this was no bargain.
I just reecived the sheets and I agree with you 100%. On the Today show it was said that Macy’s and Bed Bath& Beyond sells that brand. It looks like something from a dollar store.
I ordered the Erge Design deal on Oct 4th. My credit card was charged on Oct 4th. As of Nov 23, 2011, I still have not received the product. I’ve called the company several times. They tell me the products I ordered are handmade and all orders will be complete the following week but then nothing. I called the 3rd time and asked them to cancel my order and refund the charge. I’m not paying interested on that charge on my card and won’t pay for it until I receive it. Mel, the woman I spoke to said she’d give the message to the owner who would contact me when he returned in 4 days. Still no product, no return call, no refund. I am now going thru my charge card to get the refund and contacting BBB. If they know these are handmade, why are they going on Jill’s Steals and Deals where they will get bombarded with orders and why are they charging credit cards before they send the product? I did order the Aerosole boots and received those w/in about 7 days, no complaints, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering anything on Jill’s Steals and Deals again.
You know I really think they handmade the items after the order is placed and thats why it taking so long to get it to us. They try to copy that luxury sheet sets on that made up site they catch us with. Never again
Love the steals and deals but the people on the West Coast get screwed out of the deals because 4 hours go by before we even learn about the coupons. So most things are sold out by the time we try to order.

The world class knife set is cheaper if you buy it from their own site then if you buy it here plus you get a free set and get free flatware and you are not charged extra shipping if you order more then one but through jills deals you are. . This is not a fair deal what so ever nor the cheapest out there. Not happy with this at all since I got caught up with trusting that this was the best deal out there on this product. So buyer beware!
The products I have received thru these deals are crap and no recourse BEWARE! Nor are they the best deals out there dont get caught up in the hype!
