don’t think so, they are 2 for $4 or $2.49 each. that’s how my sign read.
Mine rang up $2 then the coupon scanned for $2.49! Great surprise this morning.

The illy ring up at $2. The coupon scans at $2.49, so you have a 49 cent overage that applies to whatever else you have. I used it to get a can of Campbells cream of chicken for .33.

I just got mine in LA. But just a heads up — I didn’t get it on the
first scan. First I only got a $5 off any Facial Skin Care Purchase
of $20. But I decided to scan again and got it!
funny, my scans were the opposite. My first scan was the free ILLY, the 2nd scan was the $5/20 facial skin care!
I used it and I got overage toward the rest of my order!

I got both of mine and used them, along with the $5/20 skincare. I paired the skincare Q’s with the Aveeno deals and Q’s from this Sunday’s paper and stocked up.
Also got all my Covergirl today! I may go back for mascara and Glossbalm, or 2 glossbalms, and use my ECB’s while the sale is great and I’ve got the $2.50/2 Q!

Did you scan your card again? I got it on my second scan. Always scan until the machine tells you no more coupons, try again tomorrow. 🙂
The coupon machine at my CVS stays broke. It was broke for a month, fixed last Wednesday and when I went in there yesterday it was already broke again. Is there any way to get these coupons other than from the machine. I’m missing all the good deals with those coupons.
Sometimes they print at the bottom of your receipt, but not sure what you’re supposed to do if you’re not buying anything.

I got mine and it scanned at $2.49 when it was on sale for $2 – but my daughter snagged it before I could claim it as my own – drat! But that’s ok because I kept the freel Covergirl lipstick I was going to give her – ha!

Got mine in Northern CA. My bf confirmed his as well (he’s in Southern CA). And I got to pay for my newspaper with ECB’s! I didnt realize I could till today!
CVS drama this morning, Ran into some trouble with the buy olay and get free covergirl lip perfection, the coupon beeped when they tried to put it through, I was buying the olay regenerist night recovery cream, the manger insisted that the pro rx line was the regenerist line, so we had to go back to the isle and I pointed out that no where on the pro rx boxes does it say regenerist, then he said it can only be for total effects line. So I show him the coupon that it says for use on pro rx, regenerist or total effects. He still insists that pro rx is regenerist, even though I point out that pro rx and regenerist are seperated by a comma indicating two completely different product lines. He then says that the coupon is for a facial moisturizer and that night cream is not a facial product as it does not say “facial”, I point out that none of the products on the shelf say facial in their titles, they all say “moisturizer”. I tell him to go to olay website and that the night renewal cream is listed in their “facial moisturizer products”. I am practically in tears at this point and my last ditch comment is that it is beeping because cvs has overpriced the lipstick at 7.99 and that the coupon maximum allowed for the lipstick is 7.50. He is still insistent that I can’t use coupon, so I asked him to call corporate and we can clarify some coupon terminology with them as I am willing to pay the 49 cent difference if they allow the coupon to go through at 7.50. Finally, he tells me “you can have it your way!” To top it off my aveeno didn’t get the ECB as I was just so flustered by that point that I didn’t pay attention when I finally completed the transaction. Don’t really want to go back to store, wondering if calling corporate would be an easier resolution at this point. We literally spent 40 minutes on the “olay” issue. Has anyone called corporate on ECB issues or do they refer you back to the store?
I had drama too, only with the Aveeno. I’m calling corporate tomorrow. I’ve only called them once, but they were amazing! They seemed genuinely disgusted by how I was treated, fixed my ECB issues, and said that the store would be retrained on coupon policy. 🙂 Good luck!
Sometimes you wonder if these managers feel better after berating customers. A job in retail isn’t easy, but why make it even harder by yourself! I wonder if there is a place you can complain about this particular manager?!
My aveeno ECB’s had to be forced too, but I think it is b/c there were 2 Aveeno deals running this week – one was select products at 2/$13 and the other was the $7 ECB for moisturizers.
Sorry that your store gave you so much trouble! The cashiers at my store are used to us couponers and while they cover their bases and make sure the deals are correct, they go out of their way to be helpful and nice and make sure we get the deals that are posted, which is how it should be.
Yes, I didn’t get the lipstick either. There was a very long line and only one cashier so didn’t feel like arguing…It really helps to know your cashiers and plan your visits during non peak times.
My CVS didn’t carry the illy drink…manager had never heard of it. LOL Anyway, they let my husband get a Starbuck’s frappucino bottled drink for only 20 cents (since value was $2.69). Not bad! I’m happy!
I got the coupon. Best of all the coupon was for $2.49 and the coffee is on sale this week for $2. I love the overage!
I got the coupon too, however the CVS that I first visited did not carry the drink. The cashier suggested I go to a 24-hour CVS store and maybe they’d have it. So, I did, and that CVS location was much nicer with friendlier staff. The staff there told me the other CVS should & could have opted to substitute another iced coffee brand if their store didn’t have Illy.

So sorry you had difficulty today… sounds like a nightmare! *hugs* Hang in there and definitely call corporate. They need to know what’s going on in their stores.
My store was out of the Illy, so asked if they would substitute Seattle’s Best. The manager wouldn’t do it. But just so you all know, I got a CRT for the free coffee drink yesterday and today, also! Might be worth multiple trips to CVS this week, at least to scan your card!
Got it.. had to scan probably 5 times to get all my coupons! I also got a $1 off 3 American Greetings cards… paired quite nicely with the already 3 free greeting cards @ 99 cents a pop! 🙂
I got my coupon on my second scan. My first scan was for the $5.00 off $20 facial care. Last week I went in several times to scan my card and got the same 2 coupons three or four times. Very frustrating.
I’m so happy to be on a first name basis with my local CVS employees. I walked in there tonight just to pick up an ad (I like getting the printed ad rather than just seeing it online) and scan my card at the red machine, and the manager spotted me and called out, “Make sure you get your free coffee!” I scanned my card, and the coupon did not print out; then he reminded me to try scanning again, and I got the coupon that time. Then he proceeded to walk over to the refrigerator case and find the coffee for me (I would have NEVER known where to look for it – I never even knew they carried it) and ask me if I wanted the regular one or the cappuccino. 🙂

I got one too! I was thrilled because I haven’t gotten any good red machine coupons lately. Hubby was thrilled–he drinks coffee, not me. Now any free chocolate is mine, but I’ll share coffee with him. : )

Just got my free Illy Cappuccino! Thx Hip2Save, AGAIN! You have to scan the item 2x with your card. 1st time it spits out the $5 off $20 facial skin care purchase. 2nd time you get the free coffee coupon. FYI, you don’t have to buy 2 for the $2 price. You could just get 1 for the free item even though the ad says 2 for $4. Ok, time to for my caffeine fix.
Got mine, but I’m not a coffee drinker, so I will be adding it to my grandson’s teacher christmas goody bag. All teachers deserve a nice little surprise.
