On a side note about Jill’s steals, did anyone else purchase the ultimate bra’s from about a month ago? Thoughts? I’m disappointed with them and unfortunately you can’t return them. The bra itsself has no support whatsoever.
I got a confirmation number but still NO BRA’S!!! 🙁 I honestly forgot about it – I hope they haven’t charged me yet or I will be a little upset…
The site says shipping for the towels is $7.99. However, when you checkout it is double that price at almost $16.
I did one of the Jill’s steals in August/ September for the Katie & Chloe jewelry & received the rings a few weeks ago & they are amazing! I think the websites get overwhelmed but they seem to be great deals for high end products.
I just ordered my handbag with ease. This like many sites will crash if too many people are trying to access the same page at once.

The towels are a rip off.Irecieved 1 set never recieved the 2nd one even though credit card charged.Towels are very cheap !Already started to fray after 3 washings..
RIP OFF! Washed the towels prior to using and the sewed seams came undone. JUNK~JUNK~JUNK they should be ashamed to have recommended this product for purchase. I also bought the rug set and it is awful…FLAT~FLAT~FLAT. I am afraid to wash those. I have placed a dispute on my charge card for these charges. No, phone number appears for you to contact the company. Hip2Save better get HIP to what they recommend!
Totally ordered the purse and matching wallet. I checked Banana Republic’s website for comparable leather purses and would have spent more. By ordering both the purse and the wallet I was able to better justify the $16.95 shipping charge. Only came to $124.95 and Banana Republic has leather purses starting at about that price. Super excited for my huge purse to arrive, as this also acts as on on-the-go diaper bag when running quick errands that include the kiddos.

I ordered the sutton tote in camel. What a great deal even with the shipping. For me, it’s not so much about the bag being designer, it’s the quality. Handbags just like shoes, you can spot cheap quality a mile away. It has been my experience that the designer bags last for years and endure the abuse of regular use. I have quite a collection of handbags. While many of them are designer, I do not pay full price for them. I wait for deals such as this one! Happy me 🙂

What is happening with the Terazetto Handbags?!?. The website is down, The phone number does not identify the comany “You have reached our Studio”. These bags were ordered in September. Any recourse to lack of delivery if we cannot contact the company?

I feel compelled to let you know…..the Millano Collection Ultra Plush towels ordered from your “steals & deals” segment arrived this week. They were purchased with the knowledge that “all sales are final….no refund, no return” but I wasn’t concerned because I trusted the validity of the description of ultra plush, luxury towels. THEY ARE NOT! They are not quality fabric and the construction is terrible!

Yes! I agree. I was charged over a month ago for the bag I ordered and no information (or bag) is forthcoming. Is that even legal? I had hoped to give this as a Christmas gift, but now all I want is my refund. NEVER AGAIN!
I have not received my order and I have not gotten any information from the company about the order. But they had no problem charging me for it! The Today show needs to follow up on this.

emailed the company because I still hadn’t received the bag and I was pretty mad. I told them if I had known it was going to take over 6 weeks i would not have ordered. Got short and curt reply that it stated on their website it would take 4 – 6 weeks and orders should go out this week. Still waiting for my email from them with tracking number.

Yes, I too ordered the Kristen Bell Handbag in black. I sent an email last week & was told that it will be shipped by this week. I ordered it in black & can’t wait to receive it.
I finally received my Kristen Bell handbag yesterday & was very pleased!!! The leather is really nice & it’s my new go to bag. Love it!
I still haven’t gotten my Erica Anenberg handbag. What website did you use to contact the company? I really would like to resolve this issue. This was my first time using Steals and Deals and it looks like it will be my last.

I ordered two bags (two different designs, one black, one gray). I just got them yesterday and I’m very happy with both of them. I’m impressed with the quality of these bags, both the leather and the hardware. I’ve ordered from Jill’s Steals & Deals before and I know now that I have to have patience.
I received a Kristen Bell handbag, and I wasn’t pleased. The handbag is very cheap looking. The “leather” looks like plastic. This purse is definitely not worth the regular price of $395 or the sale price of $68!
I ordered a hobo bag and one of the Love Ophelia robes. The purse arrived last week. It was the wrong one. They will not send out the correct one until they receive the wrong one back! I sent it immediately, but there’s no way it will arrive by the promised Christmas receipt date that they gave when ordering. Also, although I received a notification that my robe was being shipped out early last week, today I get an email stating that they have not shipped yet and are working 24/7 to fill the orders! This is terrible to offer items that they are unable to fill within a reasonable time frame. It should not take 6 or more weeks from ordering to receive an item! This was my first experience ordering from the Today show Steals and Deals. Two out of two orders with problems is a pretty poor average. Does the Today show check these businesses out before offering promoting their items?
I, too, ordered two handbags on November 2, and was told that they would be received by December 15th. No shipping confirmation and no handbags. I sent an e-mail message to kbell@ericaanenberg.com earlier today and have not had a response.
I am an unsatisfied costumer of the Jana Feifer handbag. The bag was nothing like it was described on the Today Show, and I am very upset with its false advertisement. Jill’s description:

This is false. The bag cannot possibly be fully leather. It feels like plastic which is nowhere near “soft to the touch.” This item could not further disappoint me. I do not comprehend why Jill would recommend this item that cannot possibly be sold at any high end stores. The returning policy, if it can even be called that, even states that all the sells from this are final. Now I am in possession of a faulty item which I can not even be refunded for. This reflects poorly against Jill and those who support her like the Today Show. I will no longer be using ANY of Jill’s “Steals and Deals.” Her judgment cannot be trusted.
