    • Tg

  3. annie schafer

Great heads up on this one. Looking forward to another great BF at CVS. Last year you had posted deal scenarios and they helped me a great deal. I am hoping that I can work them out myself this year but looking forward to what you come up with. Thanks Collin

  4. angela

does walgreens have their Black Friday post out yet?

    • Jamie

no not yet. i have been watching too

      • PG

Some sites already have info about Black Friday at Walgreens, but they’re competitors of Collin’s so I don’t want to post the links here. If you Google you should be able to find the info you’re seeking.

  5. Maria R.

Does anyone have a copy of the $10 pg pink rebate? I tried print it but i never could. If anyone would be so kind to send me a copy i would very much appreciated.

    • Petya

      what’s your email?

      • Maria R.

  6. bamabythebay

I guess it won’t be much of a moneymaker for me.I didn’t get a breathe right Q in my 10/16 redplum bummer

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Same here. Hoping I can find one somewhere.

    • Tina in east Texas

I would be happy to send you one. I have an extra. Send me your address at singin(at)compuserve(dot)com

(Please remind me what coupon you’re asking for when you write to me. Thanks!)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

you can get a printable one off their web site for 1.50/ any breathe right product. and you can print it twice.

  7. melissa

For those that buy these strips (like me) there is a manufacturers coupon in the box so you could stack it with this CVS coupon.
    Thanks so much, Collin!

  8. Christa

If you didn’t get the Breathe Right coupon in the mail, you can get one from their website: https://www.breatheright.com/ (click on free samples and special offers).

Also here are some more moneymakers because you get RR back for the full price of the product:
Quantum Finish – use your $1.00 coupon to buy 1 product
Carmex Lip Balm – use your .30 coupon to buy 2 product
Colgate toothpaste – use 2 .50 coupons because you are allowed to buy 2 products

CVS will have a B1G1 free for Ferrero Rocher so I will be stacking that with the coupon I printed before for B1G1 free = B1G2 free.

    • Erin

Thank you so much for that link! I had printed one a couple weeks ago for 12 ct. or smaller but it expires on 11/15. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    • Chel

i thought that ferrero rocher coupon b1g1 is only for the 3 pack?

  9. Manami

I didn’t get the coupon in the insert either but I got the sample and the coupon was enclosed ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. Dorinne

There are also a ton of items in the ad scan, for example Advil on sale for $2.49 and you get $2.49 in ECB back on it…Pepto, Excedrin, Carmex are a few others I remember with the same scenario. We use several of the items that are listed for this promo so I’ll be stocking up on those then using the ECB for other sale items. ๐Ÿ˜‰ (Just remember, you have to check out & get the ECB and THEN go through line again to buy items with the ECB.)

  11. Jo-Ann

Wow, time flies–Black Friday coming ’round again! Thanks, Collin!

  12. megan

isn’t it only 1 free? What am I missing?

    • Collin

Yes, you are right! Sorry about my typo…it is just one for free + a $3 moneymaker. ๐Ÿ˜€

  13. irene

Wow, can’t believe Thanksgiving is right around the corner! I am loving all these IPs, but my 13 year old (yes, 13!!) laser printer is just sitting there like a bump on a log. “Hello, anyone home?!” It might be time to upgrade. Any great printer deals out there?

    • kidsallgone

Last year I got 3 printers shipped to my house for $20 each from Walmart.
I got them because it was cheaper than buying ink cartridges. Only thing is, they come with a “sample” size and not a true full cartridge. It was still worth it though, because I sold 2 of the printers (minus the ink..yes, they knew) for $10 each ๐Ÿ™‚ )

    • Kristi Q.

If you are in the market for a new printer, check out Staple’s deal with giving you credit to turn in your old printer (I think they gave $30 or so). That, combined with credit we got with the ink cartridges in side, made a $120 printer $50. My hubby insisted they didn’t do the transaction right…looked at it, looked again, and again twenty more times. I showed him it was right. He thought is was the deal of the century.

If you don’t have any printer to trade in, check out cheap ones on Craigslist. You buy one on there for $10 (even though it doesn’t work – or better yet get one free off somebody) and turn it in on the printer trade. *THAT* is a money maker indeed!!!!!!!!

  14. w140slb

IT WONT WORK!!! and here’s why: Even though it says CVS/pharmacy coupon and not manufacturer coupon, it is still a manufacturer coupon because they can submit it to the address and get reimbursed plus 8 cents. I have tried doing this before and the register wouldnt accept both CVS and manufacturer coupon. I tried explaining that there was a difference and the cashiers comment to me was that this is a coupon that can be redeemed only at CVS but they also get reimbursed. Sooooo, its only going to be a 1.50 MM.

    • missy

yep, collin this is not a true cvs coupon, its a manufacturer. This has beeped for me int he past too. if you see the small print it has them send the coupon in like a manufacturer coupon, barcodes on cvs coupons are different.

oh boy there is going to be lots of problems on black friday with ppl trying to use these together

      • Melissa

and it states on the coupon, can NOT be combined with other coupon!

      • Melissa

but the coupon states at the bottom of the coupon in small print, last line, “cannot be combined with any other coupon”

        • melissa

that just means you can’t combine it with another STORE coupon.

          • Melissa

ok, that’s not what the 2 managers at my CVS told me and they are always very helpful and friendly. so good luck :0

      • w140slb

Have you printed the coupon out for yourself? Youll see that it does say CVS…but the fine print indicates its a manufacturer. If you have tried using the coupons previously, it should have beeped. Anyone else encounter the beepage?

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It beeps for me when I try to use both. My cvs won’t let me. ๐Ÿ™

  15. Diane

Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Carmex coupons too that will go nicely with the CVS Black Friday sales!

  16. Linda

Thanks for the tip, Collin. You’re the best!

    But isn’t it “Final cost โ€“ 1 FREE + a $3 moneymaker!”

    • Collin

Yep, I just corrected it. Thanks for catching that.

      • Linda

No problem. You do so very much for all of us. I just sent my sister the URL for the “Free after ECB” URL for the CVS Black Friday ad. I hope she can make use of some of the items!

  17. Yvonne

where are you all finding the black fri ads for cvs?

  18. Susan

Can’t wait for all of the scenarios!

  19. melissa

This IS a CVS STORE coupon. The barcode starts with a 4, which is what their store coupons start with. Yes, the coupon is reimbursed by the manuf, but it is no different than stacking Rite Aid In-Ad q’s with a manuf q or Wags monthly booklet q’s with a manuf.

    • w140slb

good luck at the register because it WILL beep and will not allow you to use both coupons. just a heads up:)

      • melissa

hmmm… I have not had problems using CVS Store q IPs with Manuf q’s. Not sure if order matters, I always give the CVS q’s first. But even if they don’t take the manuf q, its still a MM!

  20. black friday

Looks like a great deals , cant wait for black friday haha

  21. TD

omg the ad looks like some AmAzInG deals! cant wait to get all the ECBs and use them towards some gifts! woo hoo!

  22. Kristin

I feel like a kid in a candy store. This will be my first black friday using coupons, and I’m so excited looking at the deals!!!

  23. Nancy

I saw only the front page of that ad, but it looks like some stores will be open on Thanksgiving day!
I know most of you have families and will be busy, but for a lonely college student like me, I get to shop while no one is out there =) I did it last year at Old Navy with my sister and her kids. It was great! Got so much clothes I desperately needed.
Happy Black Friday shopping to everyone!

  24. jegreen20

Does anyone know if CVS will give rainchecks on these Black Friday deals if the store is sold out of the item?

  25. Elaine

Make sure to print the $3 off any 2 Theraflu products for a great moneymaker too! Found it in the coupon database here.

    • Kristi Q.

What coupon database? Can you provide a link please? THANKS!

      • Elaine

Hip2save’s coupon database–look for the link up at the top of this page.

  26. Ashley57

    Awesome! Thanks!

  27. Tg

    • melissa

  28. divyban

    Hey everyone,
I’m kindof a newbie at this, so thanks for all the help!
Quick question about money makers: suppose the price of my coupons plus any ecb’s I have exceeds the price of the product. What will happen then?
For example, for the breathe right here, priced:
    5.99
    – 4.00 previous ecb
    – 3.00 total coupons
    = -1.00
What will happen to this 1.00? Will I have to buy something else along with this that’s at least $1 to make up for the difference? Or will they not allow me to use one of my ecb/coupons for this?

    Thank you!

    • Casey

Always start by giving them the manufacturer’s coupons (unless you have a % or $x/$xx CVS coupon) then do your ECBs.

For the Breathe Right, if you have both 1.50 coupons and 4.00 ECB, if you did this:
5.99, gave them 4.00 ECB (so 1.99 left), they would only let you use 1 of your item coupons.

      HOWEVER, if you did this:
      Breathe Right – 5.99
      -1.50 manufacturers
      -1.50 CVS store coupon
for 2.99 left, they would let you use the 4.00 ECB, but if you do not have another item of ~1.00 that overage just goes to waste.

I know that was complicated, but I hope it helps!! ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚
