FYI: For anyone that received an incorrect order confirmation via email and cannot get through to them on the phone, I found this info on their Facebook page:
“None of the order confirmations that you are seeing have actually been charged to your credit cards. These are pre-authorizations and they are going to be reversed. We will only charge your card for the actual amount of the order — which will calculate the appropriate discount and your voucher. We are looking at this right now and will take care of it.”
I’m sure the ecomom team is more frustrated than we can imagine, but this deal was really not worth the time I’ve spent. It’s just been one problem after another.
That is good to know, thanks. However there are price errors on my order as well. For example, I bought 4 Born Free Stage 2 bottle nipples at $6 a piece and instead of being charged $24, they calculated the total as $97! I emailed them right away but who knows how long it will take to get a response. Definitely bordering on frustrated at this point.
UPDATE: As I’m emailing this I got an email from my bank that a charge went through to Ecomom for WAY more than they should have. As in, my voucher was not applied to my total! If only I could reach someone at their company.
Oh No Jackie!!! My order was missing items, amounts were incorrect, and the voucher and BF deal were not applied as well.
As I was typing this I received a second email that said some of the items were back-ordered and I should expect them before 12/25. That makes no sense. At this point I could care less about delivery time – I’m now concerned about the incorrect credit card charge!
I would like to know if ANYONE else is still waiting for parts or ALL of their order from this company. Anyone else out there???! What have you done to get this resolved??
I still haven’t been able to place my order. I’ve tried numerous emails and calls. Might have to get a refund.
Just wanted to post an update for anyone having trouble placing their order. I placed mine this week. (they issued a $40 giftcard because I emailed them over black Friday) My order went through just fine, no billing issues. Products arrived today missing an item. I called them and they are re-shipping the missing item. Very easy and nice getting everything taken care of. I think they just caught up, but worth the wait.
I am still trying to get my order through. Got to someone on the PHONE, amazingly, and I am resubmitting my order through email. We’ll see if I ever get it. 🙁
