I just got two, one for me and one for my mom. They are both worth $10!! We plan on going shopping tonight. She has another one from an in-store purchase and I have two more from in-store purchases. I’m not sure what those cards are worth. Can’t wait to find out!! 🙂

no, i just went online and put things in my shopping cart then entered the gift card in. When I found out the value i just took things out of my cart. It covers shipping too!

Aw, this is kind of sad. I was on the page for a good ten minutes clicking “Get your card now” and it looked like it was doing nothing. Turns out it was opening (like a million) additional pages that I couldn’t get to “un-minimize”. Once I finally figured out what was going on, I closed all my pages and tried to go in again and it was gone.

I got one! I checked out with my total going to be 67.00, tried to redeem and said it could not. I read and there was no limit to redeem the card. I then added another item to the cart to add up to 100.00 and it finally redeemed my card. I got 10.00 off! But, it’s not worth me spending 100.00 to get only 10.00 off.
Um I would cancel that order. It should not work that way, it should take 10 off whatever your total is as long as the total was over 10.
Are you sure you aren’t missing a zero, as in your card is worth $100??? Because for a $10 card, your total just has to be $10 for redemption!

I called to get my balance, and CS told me you can’t combine them
(if you have more than one).
When I had more than 1 last time I went to the store and let me use them all together as long as I had 1 item per card used. I got 5 different items with 5 cards. I’m not sure every store will let you do that but it wouldn’t hurt to ask.
Did each item have to add up to the amount on each card?Or would something like this possibly work 5 $10 card=$50, buy 3 items at $6 each and one item at $32=$50?

This is a little off topic, but relates to Victoria Secret. Last night I went in to reveal my card (it was 10, which was great with me). I bought a lotion. I guess these are irrelevent details. I’ll get to it….THERE WAS A MAN working at Victoria Secret. Am I the only one bothered by this? Do the rest of you have men in your Victoria Secret’s? Yikes, I’m not going to ask him any advice on bras and such?! He was a college student and very large–just so awkward. Anyway I got my $2.00 lotion and got outta there. He’s not stopping me, I have two more 10 cards to use yet and I’m not going to let a big college kid get in my way. It just seemed really strange to me.
We have a male asst mgr at our store and another male employee that works mostly in stocking stuff but sometimes at checkout. I have gotten used to it so it does not bother me.
Well, VS was made for guys to know what their girls would like.
so if he was attractive and fit would it not bother you? seems you are most uptight about him being “large” and “big”. Men often work in dress shops, bra shops, make up shops, and are hair stylists. Men have designed many of the clothes you wear, the shoes you kill your feet in, and they are personal trainers at the gym where you sweat. I don’t see the problem.
I meant like tall-big. He was intimidating in a 6’8 pro basketball player sort of big. He was attractive, and fit. I actually came off as being really critical. The point was–he was a man–this was at a woman’s store. Yes, I know men make a lot of the stuff we buy. He just seemed out of place. I meant nothing by it. I just wanted to know if everyone else in the country had noticed men working at the VS stores. I GET that men make things and didn’t need a sermon. I believe in God and am not “into” being demonstratively critical in any way.

Eh, it wouldn’t bother me.
I would think its a little odd. Obviously I wouldn’t want him helping me in the fitting room or helping take any of my “measurements,” but I guess I don’t think its that big of a deal. I mean, have you ever had to purchase feminine hygiene products from a male cashier (similar experience in my opinion)? Makes me a little uncomfortable, but its not a deal breaker for me making a purchase.
I used to work at VS. Many more men are open to working there now. They are very closely screened in the application process to make sure they want to work there for appropriate reasons and are trained just like female associates in proper protocol. I know the male associates were not allowed to work in the fitting room areas or to bra fittings or other measurements. They can manage, do shipment, be cashiers, greeters, and also loss prevention. They are trained the same as female associates though and should be able to answer questions about the products there.
