Keep getting an error! 🙁 I’m going to try later & HOPE it goes through. Last time I used 2 & I gave 1 to the lady in front of me who was so grateful then insisted I take her $10 giftcard when she saw I had 4 of my boys with me. I told her it was my gift to her & to have a Merry Christmas! In the end she tossed it in my purse for my boys! Then I gave one to the lady in line behind me who was very grateful. It’s so nice to be able to give!

    • Jaclyn

Singing the Yo Gabba Gabba song “Keep Trying, Keep Trying, Don’t Give Up, Don’t Give Up” 😉 It FINALLY worked! Whoo hoo got 4! I will give 2 away to shoppers in line. YEA!!!!!

  2. Norma

I dont see it !! Is it over already? What catergory is it under?

    • Becky McAtee

      I just printed it.

    • Norma

ok i got it !! Thanks!!

  3. Alisha

It wouldn’t work on my computer either so I waited about 15 minutes and it worked that time! Thank you! I was headed to Target today anyway!

  4. loren

Does $50 count as before coupon or after coupon?

    • Kathie M

I always give them this coupon first then my MQ then my SQ so my $50 is before all coupons. HTH

      • loren

        Thank you 🙂

    • DP

YMMV on that though – When I did that, the cashier said ” I am not supposed to take this before your coupons :(“

  5. Jill

Just bought a ton of groceries (including Starbucks coffee) and Curel, used the $10 GC I got from this last time, and paid $41, plus got a $10 and 2 $5 gift cards. Then I bought 2 of the men’s merino wool sweaters and 3 of the women’s sweaters, used 2 of the 20% men’s sweater coupons, 3 of the $4 off women’s sweater coupons, the gift cards from the previous transaction, paid $26 and got a $10 GC back! $16 for 5 sweaters is pretty great if you ask me!

  6. Jayda

Can I use the 5 dollar off 50 coupon along with the 10 dollar giftcard coupon in one transaction?

    • Ann

Yes! I had a 8 off of 80 coupon and used it with the 10 GC coupon with no problem. I handed the dollar off one first then the 10 GC coupon.

  7. Deb

I have to tell you about my deal. I signed up for a “Gap” Visa credit card. They gave me the okay, right in the store and I got a discount. Today, I received my actual card and they gave me a paper that if I spent 50 at another store, I would get a $40 credit for Gap, Old Navy, etc. I went to Target, spent $50, got my $10 target GC AND I will get $40 from Gap, Old Navy….Woo Hoo!!!

  8. axhilli

I love this coupon I’m glad they put it out again. I got

    1 Men’s Dr. Scholls Insole
3 Womens Dr. Scholls insole with bonus
2 Johnson and Johnson Bedtime sets
    1 box Kashi Pita Chips
    1 box Kashi Cookies
    2 tubs of Country Crock

Cost me $33.23 then I had $15 in gift cards (been rolling gift cards from the curel deal)which brought my total down to 18.23. I got back $20 in gift cards so my net out of pocket for all of this is $13.23

  9. Makelsssa

I went to target earlier and the girl denied the coupon ! I handed her this coupon first so that I could receive the GC before using the other coupons.. My total went down to $30 and she said it had to be $50 after coupons. So she voided my gift card. I was wondering if I should call corporate about this coupon.

    • Tracy

My sister, who works the service desk at Target said this “They shouldn’t be able to void the gc. If your total was 50 then it was 50…regardless of using other coupons after the fact. It does not say anywhere on that coupon that your total has to be 50 after all other coupons”

  10. Becki

About the spend $50 get $10 gift card. Last night my total was $53. After coupons it was $25. Then cashier scanned $10 gift card coupon. She said I had not spent $50. I said but my total was over that. I asked her if we could try to ring up again and scan $10 GC coupon first. She refused, called over head cashier and told me my total has to be $50 after coupons. I did more shopping to make up the difference. 🙁 BTW. Tons of the Johnson & Johnson gift sets were there, priced $9.99, did ring up $4.49! Used $3 coupon!

  11. Heather

I used mine last night! I got some great deals. Right now they have Starbucks coffee on sale for $7.99, buy three get a $5 gift card, and Starbucks is having a promo right now, they will send you a $5 rebate for purchasing three, and in the Wednesday paper in my area there was a $3/2 and a $1/1 in the coupons. So I got three bags of Starbucks coffee for about $10 after all discounts, not including my extra $10 gift card for spending $50! Yay!!

    • Mel

Keep your coffee bags and exchange them for a tall coffee at Starbucks (it should state on upper right corner). So that’s worth $1.50/ea bag…$4.50 extra off! 🙂

I went to Target on Sunday Will Target give a price adjustment

  13. Jayda

I’m still a little confused with Target’s receipts. If I purchase two $25.00 items that give me back 2 $10 gift cards I know they list the gift cards on the receipts. Do I still get credit for the $50 in merchandise that I bought or will they try to tell me that part of my total included gift cards so I wont be able to use my $10 giftcard coupon?

    • Tracy

As long as you buy both things in the same transaction, you *should* get the 2 $10 gcs for the 2 items and the $10 for the $50 transaction.

    • Tarri

If it is grouped together on your receipt saying return value is xx.xx if all items are returned which includes the gc’s. So if you don’t return the gc’s it will be then xx.xx amount minus the gc’s. If the gc’s are not reflected there but at the bottom then you will get back what you paid for the items.

  14. Angie

I went to target yesterday and I did to transactions that we both over $50,but I didn’t have the coupon. Does anyone if I can go back to the store and get the $10GC

    • Stacey

It states on the coupon that it is not available on previous purchases. You would have to return the merchandise and buy it again.

  15. Annie

Would anyone that printed it out, please let me know when the experation date is. I’d appreciate it.

    • Stacey

II do believe it was Dec 10th.

    • M

Just printed mine today and it does expire Saturday 12/10/11. Heading over to Target tomorrow 🙂

  16. Stacey

I want to suggest that you print out all the coupons that it will allow you(4). If your not going to use them all, hand them out. I only used one both times and did this. The people were so astounded when I asked them if they had one of these coupons and they said no. I would hand over one to them and say Happy Holidays. I’m pretty sure it made their day and it did mine. It even helped one boy get something his mother was going to have to put back. I can’t afford to hand out money but I can give away coupons. Pay it foward if you can.

  17. shay

I can’t print target coupons…I am not a computer pro, but not computer dumb either. I can’t figure this out!

  18. Renee

I’ve done this coupon deal 3 times now! Used almost all of my free Purina dog/cat coupons to make it even sweeter and used a $5 or $8 off coupon all 3 times. I bought a TomTom GPS that was on sale last week with the $8 off $80 purchase, the $10 gc if you buy $50 and they let me use the Target coupon from the website for another 10% off the TomTom! I’ve also done the Curel deal like 4 times!!!

  19. Sara

My coupons (I printed twice & both are same) printed just the 1 barcode & photo, no large wording saying what it is, just some small print below photo, left side of coupon is completely blank. My phone’s barcode scanner app will recognize the 1 barcode as a numerical value, but I wonder if these will still work?

  20. nikia mccubbin

    I bought 6 starbucks coffee and 3 $1 tapes used 3 $3off2 coffee total oop 42.37
got back $20 in GCs came out to 3.24 each for coffee and I get a $5 starbucks GC not too shabby

  21. Jodie

Just wanted to share what I bought at Target today
36 cans of Friskies cat food
    4 Aquafresh toothbrushes
    Oxy face pads
    2-24 ct Tums
    2 Pronurtrients
    Jacket (sweater)

So after price matching the cans of cat food from Dollar General at 5/$2, had 2 Target coupons for $1 off 15, Target coupon for $1 off 6, and a M coupon for a $1 off 36 cans.
Total = just .28 cents per can. Then with all my other savings and using the coupon to get the $10 gift card and the $5 gift card from buying 2 pronutrients, My OOP was only 32.19 with a total savings including gift cards of 46.81.

I think I did alright, so now I have $15 in gift cards that I hope I can start rolling and getting more gift cards 🙂

    • Jodie

I also wanted to add that I had 3 other coupons for the gift card and gave them away to random ppl in the store, I over heard one lady on the phone while i was walking down the baby isle and sounding very stressed that she couldnt get this car seat and the other stuff cause it would go over $50 dollars I figured I would give one to her so maybe she could get the car seat and then use the gift card for her other things, I hope I made her day better.

Just felt very profiled at my local Target! I had my cart pretty full and a stack of coupons to match, holding them in my hand in line. Well first of all, the cashier, plus a manager who seemed to appear at the register the same time I did, told me they just got word that they are not to accept the $10 gift card on $50 purchase coupon without the PRINTED online ad. No, not the instore ad, the ad online, which you supposedly have to print at home. I have never heard of such a thing-have you guys?

Next up they told me that for the manufacturer coupons I had, even thought they were clearly stated as “one per purchase”, they would have to split my order up into separate transactions to ring them up. I kindly explained the difference between purchase and transaction, but it was to no avail. I am glad that I remained courteous as I was treated quite rudely by the manager who told me I could print the online ad at the kiosk in the customer service section, which you can actually not do (she refused to come show me how so no shock there).

I went to another Target and went through my whole purchase, the exact same coupons and items, without an issue. I just kept my coupons in my purse until I was checking out.

I feel like I was lied to, but maybe not. They said they were “cracking down on coupons, especially around the holidays.” Not sure why I got cracked, since I was following their policies.

Anyone else have this happen? Who do I complain to (besides my husband?) 🙂

    • Tarri

I called about a store experience of them treating me like I was doing something wrong when I was using my q’s and how they handled the transaction. Well I think I got someone from some other place and he listened to my complaint (well maybe he did) and at the end basically was told thank you and that they would send it to the right place, yeah in one ear and out the other. Well that is how I felt when I hung up.

  23. Tarri

I used the coupon three times. Got some presents for my kids and daughter’s bf. My daughter’s wanted the Sims3 games for PC and they had them bogo so I had to add some fillers to get to the 50 so I would get the 10 gc.
