We received $20 total – $10 for signing up and $10 for playing the game. I had my first $10 come by check and the second $10 I just left in the serve account and used my serve card
I thought it came by card to until I had to call them and activate it. They told me that the card is linked to your account like a debit card (sort of) and you can use the card to spend the money in your account. If you withdrew and asked for a check then you will have to wait to spend your serve $$ until the check comes. I am so glad I called because I almost gave the card away not knowing it was linked to my account!

I got this last time it came around and wanted to warn all of you that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale or coupon….and mine could not be used on-line either. Please take this into consideration as I would not purchase it again, feel it is better to have the sales and markdowns…
It can’t be used with other coupons but can be used on in store sales such as clearance items or when items are temporarily marked down for sales, such as the thermal and fleece deal going on.
I used mine when they had the 75% off sale 🙂

True, you can’t use this with any other coupons, but by itself it’s already like a 50% off coupon! I’ve never seen a coupon like that before! Pair this Groupon up with some sales and it’s an awesome deal!!
Also I would add, if you try to exchange any item, you loose the $10 groupon value and are stuck with only the initial $10 that you paid. So don’t exchange! Or if you do, don’t take your receipt!

No, you can’t combine it with other coupons. You can buy sale items with it thought.

well, i TRIED to use my serve card anyway – apparently groupon adds another $1 authorization fee, making the groupon $11 initially. ($1 gets refunded back) Therefore, the card won’t work. Bummer!
I have never used my groupon before, and I knew I had a $10 credit, so I went to my email, and of course the code I had for the free $10 expired on the 18th….I swear I always have the worst of luck!
