Went to Sears, got my stability ball. Three sizes to choose from. The cashier did a double take on the coupon when she saw it made it free.

it was about 3 hours after I signed up and it came from FitStudio
my coupon won’t print. do you know how to make it print?
i just click on where it said “click to print” then the box popped up from my printer, where I had to click on it to print.

Yes, I finally received my coupon today!! But I see it expires tomorrow, so I’ll need to run over to Sears quickly and pick up my stability ball!

I went to Sears, showed them the coupon, and the got the ball–totally free and no hassle–the email took about 12 hours to come on my email.
First it told me that the site did not exist and then I looked on my email the next day and it was there with the coupon. YIPPEE FREE BALL FOR ONE OF MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS. THANKS, COLLIN!
I ended up signing up with both my emails (main and the one I use for coupons/deals). I JUST got the coupon in BOTH accounts today. Printed one, went to Sears and got my ball for free. No problems & worth the wait! 🙂

went to sears and they said i cant use it, since the cheapest ball is 15.99 max value of coupon is 12.99. how did everyone get there balls without issues
there was 12.99 balls at my store on sale for 10.39
Same price for me as Tarri when I picked up one yesterday. The coupon was for the NordicTrack brand. mk, did your store have that brand? The cashier rung it up no problem & was really nice but it was the first time she saw the coupon so she had to ask the manager about it & he was nice too. My store only had about 7 or 8 left & one of the sizes was gone.
My store had two sizes left, only a few in the 65 size, and about 6 or 8 in the 55 size. The 75 size was all gone.
I JUST got my email for this promotion. I received the email and the coupon 2 days past the expiration date. Sent an email to FitStudio’s customer service department, here’s to hoping they take care of it and let me get the stability ball. Anybody else receive it late?
I just received my email today too with an expired coupon. Please post the response from customer service. I’m gonna try to take it into the store with my email to see what they say.

I went to their facebook page and Sears said they were not going to extend the coupon. I too just received my email about three hours ago. Apparently several others are commenting on it on facebook, as the coupon still says it expires 12/31. Guess we’re just not lucky. Best of luck with customer service.
Same here just receive the expired coupon. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE if they refuse to honor the offer! 🙁
I got mine yesterday, so I printed the email along with the coupon to prove when it was sent, and Sears still honored it! 🙂 Just got back from getting my ball ! YEAH Hope this helps 🙂

Thanks for the info about facebook, I reprinted the coupon and went to the store. They were sold out of one size so I will just wait and see if they get a shipment. Thankfully the date has been extended
Thank goodness I am not the ONLY one with an expired coupon. This is not a fun way to start the New Year. I emailed customer service and heard nothing. Unsure if I will make the trip to the store to be turned away. I printed off the original email so they can see what date it was sent to me.

I just checked my other email (I used both to register because the page was running so slow) and my coupon here says January 31, 2012. My first one said December 31 and was received in January.
Got my email a couple days ago and just picked up my ball today. When the cashier scanned the coupon it beeped that it was expired but the expiration date on the coup was February. The manager manually entered it somehow. I had no issues. Thanks, Colin!
