It looks like the BOGO 1/2 sale is only on clearance merchandise. I added 2 pairs of none clearance sneakers to my cart and it didn’t make them 1/2 off during checkout.
Make one of them half off rather. They both were still showing up full price.

Where does the 20% show up?
The BOGO 50% isn’t working properly.. I’ve added several different scenarios of the shoes available when you click on the banner and I’ve only gotten the 50% to come off when adding either A) 2 of the same shoe or B) 1 clearance shoe and 1 regular shoe………
Ah, it has to be the color advertised…
The sale for bogo only applies to clearance items. It doesn’t matter if it’s men’s, woman’s, or children’s.
Well, I don’t know where the 20% cash back shows up, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, got the BOGO 50% but there doesn’t seem to be anything that says 20%. I’m happy I saved over $60, but ???? on the cash back…..
I think the 20% is through Shop At Home, so it will show up on your account there, not on your bill through FF

Ok, I’ve dug a bit further, it says that it can take up to 30 days for your purchase to report.

I’m so bummed to report that my 20% back never showed up in my account. I purchased everything just as you suggested above and waited 30 days to see if it would appear. It never did. I contacted Shop at Home immediately and they said it could take another 30 days to investigate. I just received an email from them today saying they would not give me the credit. I’m so disappointed. I spent over $100 because I thought I would be getting the 20% back. Now it’s been over 60 days and of course I’ve already worn the shoes and can’t return them. If you have any suggestions for other follow up I can do, I would appreciate it. I enjoy your deals and can’t believe this one didn’t work out as I expected.
