    After the Pangea Organic Mask deal, I’m not really all that interested in purchasing from this company anymore. They tacked on an addition $1.23 charge (“CA Tax”) onto my order (that was not reflected in the total on the order page) until AFTER I checked out! On a $5 item, a $1.23 tax is not justifiable. Over 25% sales tax on a $5 item? I don’t think so. Their method of charging additional fees after checkout is extremely dishonorable. If you choose to pursue and order with this company, beware of faulty charges, particularly if you live in CA (I’m not the only one this happened to)!

      I would like to revise a bit~ I emailed customer service and they were very quick and made the proper corrections, stating it was a “glitch” on their end! Customer service was extremely helpful. 🙂

      This happened with me on that Pangea Mask deal as well, and I had it shipped to California. I regretted not getting this shipped to a family member in Arizona. However, I did call them up, and spoke with the customer service rep. I told him about the charge, and when he said he thinks it’s CA Tax, I actually did mention that that would mean they’re saying that CA Tax is at 32.6%. He put me on hold for a bit, but afterwards, promised me that he would issue a refund for the $1.23 when it ships.

    ugh. it says you earn a credit, then won’t apply it to your order…i went ahead and put in my credit card info, and it just charged me the whole amount with no option to use the credit…beware!

    You have to click on the badge symbol on the top left of the page, and “unlock” your credit. At first mine was not showing up either, but once I did this it applied.

    I ordered the chocolate a few weeks back and havent heard a thing, how do we check status of our order?

      you go to the top of the screen of sneakpeeq where your facebook photo is and put your icon over it and it will show “my profile, notifications, orders, etc”. Click on “orders” and it will tell you whether the status is pending or shipped. keep in mind that the items normally ships within 14 days at the end of the sale. the bag sale above ends in 3 days so when that sale ends, the items will ship 14 days after that.

    does this site not work well in firefox? i click on a bag to “peeq” at the price, then it goes right back to the page of all the bags, but doesn’t give a price. i first had problems with it wanting to keep going back to the log-in page.

    Has anyone received their orders yet? I had a package yesterday that was supposed to contain a set of 2 Scout Got Issues Organizers, it only had one and no invoice at all. I’ve contacted customer support through email. Can’t think they would have shipped them separately. Sometimes I wonder if these 3rd party deals are worth it. I never did receive all of my Lock&Lock items and finally gave up on CS.

      I sent an email, and I kid you not, less than 20 mins later I had a response from Jasper Kwan, and a solution to the problem! EXCELLENT customer service!
