Here’s another *HOT* Walgreens deals for ya:

Buy 4 Aleve Gel Caps 40ct or 50ct caplets $3.79 each
Total = $15.16
Use 2 $5/2 coupons found in the 12/4 RP
Pay $5.16
Get back a $5 RR
Final cost only $0.16 total – just $0.04 each!

* Note that there are also $2/1 Aleve coupons found in the 10/23 RP, 12/4 RP and 1/1 SS. Also, you can print a $2/1 Aleve coupon here (bottom right corner) Darn! 🙁 Only valid on 80 count or larger. Using these coupons (instead of the $5/2 coupons) will still make for a sweet deal!

(Thanks, Wild for Wags!)

does anyone have issues printing from coupons.com everytime i do it tells me to install and it already is.. tried in firefox and IE – so annoying – i used to be able to

    • Amanda

I had the same issue with smartsource for a while. I think it just went away on its own though.

      • stacy

its so annoying.. its already install.. i install unistall doesnt work

  2. shanshan

same here, and in the middle of installation sometimes it’d start printing coupon. So I just cancel the install.

  3. Angie

the $2 printable coupon is for 80ct. or larger only

    • Christie

I noticed that too. I do have 1 printed coupon for 40ct or larger. Wish I had more or remembered where I printed those from.

    • BB

My paper in Charleston, SC is 2 $1 coupons NOT $2 off 1….one is for Aleeve D and other for 80ct or larger.

      • Christie

We’re talking about the printable coupon she posted the link to. 😉

  4. Melinda

Yes! I did this yesterday and it worked perfectly! Great deal 🙂

  5. Kim R

Still new here, can you tell me where to find Aleve coupons? Thx.

    • Kathy

Usually you click on the blue link that Collin has in the post. But, this coupon is not valid for this deal, after all. You’ll have to look at your coupon stash, she’s provided the insert name/date for your convenience. HTH!

  6. Amanda

I love aleve! It is the only OTC med that works for my back pain!

    • Kim

Thanks for the tip Amanda! Have had 2 back surgeries and suffered from back pain for years. Any special kind of Aleve? Sounds like a great deal!!! Will definitely have to pick some up!

  7. Marcia

Did this yesterday too. . . Although mine were 3.99 a piece but for .25 each I still thought it was great! Might do it again today as I have more coupons and give them away 🙂

  8. Kristen

The coupon on the Aleve site won’t work since it’s for 80+ count

  9. Kristen

Does anyone know what pictures are on the front of the 12/4 RP? I know they vary by region so would appreciate all answers — my inserts are a MESS and not filed…. (Yes, I know the date is on the spine). Thanks.

    • Nicole Z.

On my 12/4 RP, it shows a picture of glasses in an ad for the JCP Optical. It says 50% off in all eyeglasses. HTH!!

      • Kristen

        Thanks Nicole Z!

  10. Leann

Where in the ad does it say ull get a 5RR? I don’t see it anywhere

  11. Leann

Oh nvmd I see it lol. This deal won’t work at my store. They say it has to be $15 before coupons 🙁

    • Elizabeth

You know, my store says that too. I wonder why some do?! Whenever there is a deal that has spend so many dollars get x amount I can never do them b.c the RR will not print since my total is less after coupons. I thought I was the only one 🙂

      • jan

        Elizabeth and Leann,

        Why wouldn’t it work?

It has to be a total of $15 for those items before coupons, yes. If you purchased four Aleve and had the two $5/2 off coupons, the total would be $15.16 before tax and before coupons. Presuming Alleve costs $3.79 which is the special price in the flyer.
Total before tax is $15.16 and after coupons thte total before tax is $5.16. You will receive a $5 RR so you get 4 bottles for 16¢

        • Elizabeth

I had a manager tell me that, also I did a similar senario before and had to return it bc the RR didnt print. I don’t know what it is with my store. I guess I can ask a different manager or just try one more time…

    • Melannie

I would ask them to sub total before you hand over the coupons, always works for me.

    • Lora

I would try it and then return it if it doesn’t work…half the time the people that work there are not trained and don’t know what they r talking about

  12. Michele

So is this a no go being we have to spend $15 after coupons?

    • Jennifer

      It worked for me… twice.

    • Melannie

I had no problems doing the eaxact scenario above.

    • Kathy

I did this yesterday, works like a charm. The total is before coupons, not after. My “problem” is that the Aleve was $4.16 in my market so I paid more and was well over the $15 mark on the 4 boxes. Oh well, still, a great deal!

  13. Guest

If anyone has any extra Aleve coupons they don’t plan on using, I would love to take them off your hands! My mom uses these for arthritis and they sure get expensive! I can look to see if I have anything you may need in exchange!

    Email is nishipatel11 @ yahoo.com

  14. Shan

I didn’t get those coupons in Utah 🙁

  15. Brian

I picked up 4 boxes @ $3.79 ea = $15.16. Used 2 $5/2 in the 12/4RP and also 2/$2 RR I had from last week. I paid $1.16 OOP and got back a $5RR! Making this a $3.84 Money Maked!! So thrilled about the deal!!!

  16. Alla

I did this deal at night and got each for 0.25 because they were 3.99 at my Wags. Still a great price for Aleve 🙂

    • Chels

3.99 on my Wags too, but great deal 🙂

I also found 2 Covergirl mascara on sale for $2.19 each, and they rang up B1G150%. So with the $2.50/2 coupon I got them for 39 cents each!

Altogether I spent 3 dollars on 4 Aleve and 2 CG Mascara!

  17. Tina

I did this deal….sort of….today. Bought 3 Aleve bonus packs (50 ct + 15 free – so 65 total in each bottle) and 1 of the Alka Seltzer plus. They were $3.99 each in my store in Maine, less $2 coupons on each product plus the $5 register reward. So only $2.96 plus tax after register reward. Basically because of the bonus pack it was like getting four bottles and the Alka Seltzer as the bonus freebie!

  18. Purvi

If anyone would like to trade coupons, please let me know… I have $2 charmin q’s… Email is purvi814@gmail.com .. Thanks!

  19. mp

3.99 here in FL so 4 bottles for a buck.
Mine expire in 2/14 and 1/14 so plenty of time to use them!

  20. Autumn

    $4.29 here in WA.

  21. cici

My Walgreen manager says I have to meet the $10 purchases price after using my coupons in order to receive the RR. Is that a Walgreen rule or are they wrong?

  22. leighangela

Thanks so much! In OH I got 4 bottles for $3.99 each. I had one $5/2 coupon and two $2/1 coupons. So basically $.50 each.

They also had some Kellogg’s cereals on sale 2/$4 limit 4. I had two $1/2 coupons from signing up at Kelloggs.com and will be sending in the UPCs for the $10 gas card once I hit ten boxes!!! https://www2.kelloggs.com/AARP/rewards/

I plan to use the $5 RR on more Kellogg’s before they stop the sale 🙂
