If you love fresh fish as much as I do, then you’ll definitely want to consider heading over to Whole Foods tomorrow, January 20th, where you can snag Alaska Wild-Caught Sockeye Salmon Fillets for just $7.99/pound (that’s a savings of nearly 50%!).

Known for its full, rich flavor and bright red, firm texture, you can enjoy wild-caught Alaska Sockeye salmon knowing that it’s from fisheries certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council. Their dedicated port buyers in Alaska form solid partnerships with fisheries known to use practices that promote sustainable, healthy oceans. The salmon is then frozen at the peak of the season so you can savor the wild-caught salmon flavor when you pick up some fillets during Friday’s sale. Click here for more information.

Sounds good to me! 😀

Did anyone join the text club? I joined last week and they said they would send a $10 off $25 purchase. They have not sent it to me yet, but this would be good to stack with this deal. Also, FYI in Ohio and a couple of other states, they have $1 soup Sundays.

Just grabbed a bunch of salmon from them. You can buy it fresh (previously frozen) behind the counyer or frozen – slightly different location in a freezer cooler. Make sure you buy the already frozen if you’re planning on freezing it. They don’t reccomend refreezing the ones for sale behind the counter.

This is “Wild caught” salmon which is very different from Wild Salmon!
