Is there still the coupon code for 10% off plus free shipping?

    • Kelly

This voucher is valid in-store only, not online. 🙁

        Thanks kelly!!

Can anyone who’s bought from Living Social before tell me about the Deal Bucks? I had bought one offer from them, so I had $5 in Deal Bucks, which I applied to the Bloom.com offer yesterday–or I thought I did. It said I was buying it for $15 after the Deal Bucks. But my account still has $5 Deal Bucks, so I bought the Body Shop deal, which it said was $5 after Deal Bucks. But I still have $5 Deal Bucks…

I thought maybe it was giving me $5 Deal Bucks for every purchase. But I checked my bank account and they authorized $20 for the Bloom deal and $10 for the Body Shop deal. The whole thing seems fishy so I cancelled both orders.

    • Kristen

I’ve only bought one deal from Living Social because it was supposed to be $5 AFTER using my deal bucks. BUT, I also got charged full price for it. I cancelled that order and haven’t been back since.

      • Helen

Thanks for posting, so my suspicions are probably right. It’s a shame becaues if they had been upfront that I’d be charged the full $20 & $10 I probably still would have bought the deals. But because of the funny business I cancelled.

        • lindsey

you wouldn’t have been charged full price. The pending charges never reflect the deal bucks, but the final charges always do. I’ve never had a problem and I’ve bought over 30 deals from living social.

      • lindsey

I’m sure that was a pending charge, not a final charge.

        • Helen

I know it is just a pending charge, but I don’t see a legit reason for them to authorize more than the purchase amount. Also the fact that I kept using my Deal Bucks but they were still there, made me nervous.

          • lindsey

the deal bucks aren’t deducted until the purchase is finalized and that takes 1 to 3 days.

“PAID VALUE EXPIRES ON January 25, 2017 • PROMOTIONAL VALUE EXPIRES ON April 14, 2012″…so when does it actually expire? can someone help clarify?

    • Helen

The full $20 expires on April 14, 2012. After that you can redeem the voucher until January 25, 2017, but it’ll only be worth the $10 you paid.

    • michelle o

The promotional value is the full $20. If you do not use it by April 14, 2012, it reverts to the $10 you paid for it. Sometimes the paid value never expires. In this case, you have until January 25, 2017 to use it if you let the promotional value expire. Hope this makes sense.
