You can get a refund but your Kohls cash would be voided. If you choose store credit instead of refund you can keep your Kohls cash.

I think Kohl’s enjoys scamming on their site because the jacket I got was listed as $120.00 down to $14.40….checked online and the normal price for the jacket is $35-40. Still a good deal, but you have to be careful with them. Noticed the same thing on an expensive watch I bought my husband for Xmas. Kohls said it was retail $650 on their site, it was on sale for $300ish and after I purchased I saw it was around high 200 to low 300 even on the manufacturer’s site…
This is what a lot of people have gotten wise to with the big department stores which is why JcPenny is going to attempt to “change” the way they sell things.
I ordered a boys parka, which was listed as $120 originally for $23.20. When I checked out is said original price $54 for $17.99 (approx), so deceiving!!!! Now I know why I don’t shop at Kohl’s.
Can someone explain what happens if I return one of these and I received kohls cash? Does that kohls cash get subtracted from my total, etc? (I’m thinking about buying a couple but I will have to return what doesn’t fit and I don’t want to get stuck with a bunch of kohls merch credit?
You have 2 options…
If you return the items, they can credit you and it cancels the Kohl’s cash. OR you can return the items, get a store credit and keep the kohl’s cash 🙂

I ordered my Husband a jacket 11.52, well two jackets but depending on which color looks better on him the other one will be returned. He lost the nice Dickies jacket I got him for Christmas when we went on vacation. UGH! So a cheap jacket is a nice find. I also ordered myself a long robe 12.00, a Vera Wang Necklace 4.00, undies 3.20. I had forgotten that to earn the $10 you need $50 after discount so I screwed up and was $8 short and didn’t realize it until I hit place order. Oh well I plan on returning one of the jackets anyway… So in total I spent $50.46 after tax and shipping and I went through ebates so that will be some % back as well.
Don’t forget that you can combine reciepts. If you happen to buy something else, you can take your reciepts in to the store and they will combine them so you can get your Kohl’s cash. I have heard that you have to buy them in the same day, but that isn’t true for the stores I go to. As long as it is during the same promo period you are good to go.

I just did the same thing because I had to remove a jacket from my cart because it was sold out which made me 2.87 short of another 10 Kohl’s cash. So emailed them and this is the reply I got back.

I just called one of the stores I go to and was told that I can still combine reciepts in-store as long as it is in the same promo period. You can do it at any register or the service desk. I can’t speak for ALL Kohl’s stores, but the ones I go to all do this.

Poop, I spent $50 shipped a couple weeks ago for a wool coat from Kohls. It was a toss up between 2 different styles. The one I bought isnt much cheaper today (I had 30% and free shipping then) I did however find the other for $27 so I went ahead and got it too! $24 shipped to my door after % off. I shouldnt have done it but 2 is better than 1 and I was in need for a nice coat(s). I will decide which one I like and put the other away until I need it! Im beginning to think I would save more $$$ by staying off the computer! Springtime needs to hurry up=)

Kohl’s in Houston have racks of clothes marked 90 per cent off. However when you look through the rack maybe, if you are lucky, there will be but one item marked 90 per cent off. This happens over and over again throughout the store and I am tired of it. I suppose they get by with it by the sign saying “90 per cent off, price as marked” and this could be taken a number of ways. I wondered if this happens at their store locations elsewhere.
I placed an order last night but it is not showing up in my order history nor did I receive an email. I know the order went through and the items are gone out of my shopping bag. Is this happening to anyone else?
