Just a heads up…there are Reach toothbrushes clearanced at 1.17 which are included in the Reach/listerine promo this week when you buy 2. i bought 2, used the $2/2 IP, paid .54 including tax and got back 2ecb. Nice!

    • Marissa

Are deals regional because i don’t see this listerine deal in my add this week?

    • Donna Ott

      Where is the 2/2 coupon?

  2. kelly

Not sure if all cvs have this deal but when I went today to do my shopping.. I was planning to get the schick hydro silk razor (use the $2 Q from todays paper) pay 7.99 get $4 ECB back.. and noticed they have a monthly deal where if you buy the razor with the matching cartridges ($16.99 plus a $2 Q) you get another $4 ECB. Total of $8 ECB for the razor (includes two cartridges) AND the refill cartridge (includes 5 refills).
So pay $22.98 get back $8 ECB

  3. angel

heads up, lady speed stick stain guard is ringing up at .99 and the bogo coupon for me still range up as 3.99. Making it a $3.00 MM! 🙂

  4. Janey

Scored great deals this am at CVS & even used a $5GC that I got from the Viggle app on Friday! 🙂 Love that app!

    • jessica

I have a question how did you get it to print. I have tried everything i can think of and i can’t get the $5 cvs code from viggle to print. Thanks if you can help.

      • Lee

hit the ctrl and p button at the same time. I just found this out a few months ago. God bless!

I have put together several transactions showing how to get $34.14 in products for $3.27 Out of pocket.
These assume having no ECB or GCs to help start things off, it also does not subtract rewards left over from your Out of pocket, cash paid amount.
This is great for the new CVS shopper, those who have difficulty with setting up and rolling transactions or those looking for some refocusing to minimize OOP 🙂 I hope many will find this helpful 🙂

I have a MM sensodyne deal I did this morning. It has to be done in three transactions. Each transaction is the same.

Sensodyne B1G1 50% off and part of buy $30 get $10 CVS Cash Card

    Each transaction
Buy 1 Sensodyne Iso Active toothpaste $7.79
Buy 1 Sensodyne Pronamal or other tube toothpaste $5.99

    Total $10.78

Use $5 off $10 purchase of Glaxo Smith Kline products found in Winter Reinventing Beauty Mag
Use $2.50/2 manufacter cpn. Not sure when it came out but it expires 2/29/12. Or you can print $1/1 cpns at sensodyne.com.

    OOP$3.38 each transaction.

After third transaction you will get the $10 CVS Cash Card. Total OOP $9.84 – $10=$0.16 MM

There are some Iso Active toothpaste at $7.49 but they are not all included in deal (becareful ended up having to do a return and exchange because I found out the hard way)

There is a also a $2.50/2 Sensodyne cpn in Reinventing Beauty Mag but can’t use two CVS cpns.

6 free Sensodyne toothpaste with a little over to cover tax. (:

    • Marcia

Thanks for that heads up, I was wondering if those coupons would work 🙂 And just so you know the 2.50/2 is from the reinventing beauty mag and is a man coupon 🙂 So you can use both… awesome!

      • Marcia

Nevermind I lied, they are both manufacturing coupons, not sure how you used two manufacturing coupons….

        • Marcia

Ok I give up, they say manufacturing but than read as CVS…. I am lame sorry! Now off to find the manufacturing coupon you did use!

          • leighangela

Thank you for this deal Kathy! I was able to use all these coupons in one transaction:

            $5/$10 GlaxoSmithKline oral products
            $2.50/2 CVS coupon
            $1/1 pronamel from sensodyne.com

I also made money on the Colgate Total Advanced because I paired the $.75 coupon from Sunday’s paper with the $1/1 CVS coupon in the Reinventing Beauty mag.

I did this fine at one CVS, then I had to go to another store so I decided to do a 2nd transaction at another CVS. This time the cashier scanned my $5/$10 coupon and the register accepted it, but then she took it upon herself to void it and tell me it was for “something specific.” I said “It’s for the Sensodyne.” She said “No, it’s for something else.” So I picked up the Sensodyne and pointed that it was GlaxoSmithKline, showed her where the coupon said for GlaxoSmithKline oral products, and she then apologized and said she didn’t see that. Whew, almost gave me a heart attack!

I only use the pronamel and usually pay $4.72 for a tube at Walmart. I was able to get 8 tubes for $7 after coupons and gift card. Makes me mad that I reluctantly used an expiring Sensodyne coupon in January when it wasn’t on sale 🙁

        • kathy

I didn’t have any issues other than buying the Iso Active that wasn’t part of the sale. I’m new to couponing and I thought the coupons in the RIB magazine were CVS coupons. I used one q from the mag and one q from the newspaper. They didn’t beep or anything. The cashier said I couldn’t use the two coupons from the magazine on the same item.

          • Marcia

I did find the coupon but it must have been regional as I didnt get it in my paper 🙂

            • kathy

It’s still a good deal with the printable q. Just not a MM.

          • leighangela

The $5 off coupon says one per customer, but it’s ok to use in 2 transactions?

Also how can I make this work if I only want the pronamel, not the isoactive? I have to buy 4 pronamels which comes to $18. Then I can use one $5 off and one $2.50/2. Can I throw in a $1/1 from sensodyne.com too?

            • leighangela

Oh shoot, I can’t use the $5/1 with the $2.50/2 at all because they are both CVS coupons? (Got them from the reinventing beauty mag)

            • leighangela

LOL I see the answer below. But I’m still wondering how to do this with pronamel only.

    • Marissa

Can you use the 5/10$ cvs coupon AND the 2.50/2 CVS coupon together? Since the 1st one is just a money off coupon not a certain number of products coupon?

      • Mandi

My CVS let me… One was for the total amount and the other was specific.

        • Mandi

You can’t use 2 “like” CVS coupons together. That would beep.

        • Marissa

Okcan you also use the MF 2.50/2 coupon that was in a regular insert? (don’t know which one) THANK YOU!

          • kathy

Found out the q is from the 1/1/12 RP. There was also a $1/1 in there as well.

      • kathy

My cashier said no but I guess you can try.

    • KatieBost

I used the $5 off $10 and the $2.50/2 from the magazine and the $2.50/2 manufacturer, the cashier was reluctant to but tried it any way and no beeps!!! Awsome money maker for me… although I only had 1 $2.50 off 2 but I used a printable for each of the other 4!

      • leighangela

Pretty sure you could have only used one $2.50/2 anyway….at least only one per transaction.

  7. Meg

Does anyone know if you can get close to the $$ amount needed to be spent and still have an ECB print? For instance, I need to spend $10 (Nivea) total to get the ECB, and I am $4.02 away. If I buy a $4 bodywash, will it be close enough to generate the ECB? Thanks.

    • Chelsea

      Yes, it should generate!

    • amber

Probably. I have done that before and been a few cents away and still gotten the EB.

    • M

      As long as you’re within 98% it’ll generate ($15 x 98% = $14.70). HTH.

      • M

Sorry I gave the wrong example for the Nivea deal – it would be $10 x 98% = $9.80.

  8. Coupda

If you got to the k/y facebook page and send a valentines greeting, you will get a coupon for $10 off the intense date night kit! It also has a $10 off a movie from moviephone. Final price $9.99

  9. edy

Whoow! My friend had a 4dlr cpn of 20 she got 5 got2b products bonus bottles 2 together. Gave 5 3dlr got2B and her 4of 20 paid $1.36. Another went to walgreens they limit 1 cpn for the got2b product! Manager discretion he could limit! Stick with cvs all the way!!b

  10. Ash

HOT DEAL!! Lady speed stick ringing up for .94 cents. Counts towards the extra bucks.

  11. mday

I wasn’t very excited about the 30.00 this time around… Didn’t have many good deals.. However I did try and get the 30.00 for Ten only to find the manager who was checking me out MESSED IT all up.. Refused to give me the coupons back and my ECBS I used.. She did however apologize profusely and gave me a Gift Card to use.

So this is what I did find:

    2 Niveas products used 4.00 couponon 2
2 Natural Kotex used 1.50 on 2 coupon
    Colgate .75cents

Got back 3.00 ECBS for Nivea products, 3.00 ECBS for Kotex, and 2.00 for Colgate..
only spent out of pocket/CVS card 9.00 after ECB’s

Went back with ECB and purchased what I needed

buy one get one free Emerald on the go Breakfast bar used .75 man coupon
buy one get one free Arm and Hammer Laundry used 1.00/2 man. coupon
Charmin 2.75 used .50 man. coupon
Root Clairol used 2.00 man. coupon and root rescue CVS coupon.
Give them my 4.00 off 20.00 and my ECBS 8.00
paid 1.18 out of pocket 🙂

After that I was a very happy girl.. OH and all this wasn’t my money Because remember the manager messed up and gave me a 20.00 gift card … SHopped for free…Still have change on card so Im thinking of going back and purchasing some much needed face powder 🙂 !!!!! Thanks CVS

  12. edy

My cvs (Houston, tx) has a lot of lumenene, garnier, cvs luminous daily moisturizer, and a lot of face cleaners! .75 % off.

  13. Cee Cee

Help! I’m new to couponing and I have a $4 off of $20 for CVS. Is the $4 taken off after all the items and Q with the items have been scanned then? For example, I might want to buy:

    3 Scrubbing bubble Gels: $3 each = $9
    Nivea Lips: 2/$5 x2 = 4/$10 (Get 3ECB)
    Colgate toothpaste: 2.75×2 = 5.50 (Get 2ECB)
    Total=24.50

    Coupons I’ll be using:
3, $1 off scrubbing bubble gels
    1, $3/2 Nivea lips
    2, $1/1 Nivea lips
    2, .75/1 toothpaste

So, is the $4 taken off before the coupons or after the coupons are used?

Thank you in advance!! I appreciate any help.

    • mday

I usually give them all my coupons first as suggested by someone else here and then after that I give them my ecbs ( if I have any for that transaction) then I give them my 4.00 off 20.00 …WHat I noticed on my reciept it is considered a coupon as well… So it doesn’t count towards your original transaction if you are trying to go for the 10.00 for 30.00 or for any other deal they may have.. I know this might not be new to some of you but it is new to me so I wanted to share 🙂

  14. edy

Cee cee, I give my 4 of 20 cvs cpn first then my manufact cpns. And, I pay the rest with cvs bucks! If i have any, if not cash! And rotate bucks, for other items that give bucks! But, today! -I bought for the cvs cash card $30 to get 10 cash card! 4 huggies wipes $5.99 each used 4 cvs cpn of 20 and 4/.50 cents manuf cpns! And I will keep buying the wipes since, we need them! To accumulate for the 10 cvs gift cards! Limit 5 /10 cash cvs cards!

    • Cee Cee

THANK YOU!! I do have CVS ECB so I’ll definitely do what you suggest. I honestly didn’t know what the correct method was and now I do. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

    • Cee Cee

By the way, let me know if you need those Huggies coupons because I don’t actually need any of those Q at all! There are the 2 Q for 1.50 & 2.50 off at Target as well as the .50 off for wipes and the 1.50 off of diapers. They’re all up for grabs – and if you want them you can have it!

  15. leighangela

Is the winter reinventing beauty mag still available?

    • CJS

The CVS closest to me had some Winter mags in stock in the Beauty section today.

  16. leighangela

Also, are they in the magazine section?

  17. edy

  18. Holly @ Redberrydeals.com

At my stores the cost of the Maybelline lip gloss is $4.39 but the deal still worked out well. The pledge coupon must have been regional since it wasn’t in my paper inserts.

Thank you so much for the great deals each week. Just got a whole bunch of stuff for about $17 and still have the saving star credit of $1.50 and the $10 CVS savings card. I shared your link too.

  19. Tina

Hello. I need some help with this. I went to buy colgate total toothpaste this week and was unable to use my .75 colgate mfr coupon and the $1 Colgate reinventing beauty magazine coupon together. Register beeped and cashier said I could only use one. I didn’t have any other CVS coupons in the transaction. Called corporate and they told me that all of the coupons in the RB magazine are mfr coupons. Huh??? The colgate coupon in the RB magazine does not state “mfr coupon” and it doesn’t include any info for a retailer to submit it for reimbursement. How can that be a mfr coupon? It’s not like I could take it to walmart and use it because it doesn’t include remit to info for the retailer. I’ve never had a problem with using both a mfr coupon and RB magazine coupon together in the past. Anyone else or any thoughts/experience with this? Thanks so much!

    • Kathy

Tina, I’ve done this multiple times with no issues. I just did this very transaction on Sunday twice and had no issues. I would suggest visiting a different location.

    • mday

I never had that problem I have used both CVS and man. combined and never had an issue.. I suggested trying a diffrent store…

    • Shawna

OMG! The exact same thing happened to me when I tried to do the deal Sunday except the cashier didn’t even try scanning it. She said that to use both, I had to get another toothpaste. I told her that one was a CVS coupon. She went to get the manager who claimed both were manufacturer coupons and that I would have to buy another toothpaste if I wanted to use both coupons. I told the cashier to void the item. I emailed corporate and they just called me back a few minutes ago and sided with the manager. The Customer Service Rep claims they are both manufacturer coupons and that the RIB coupons cannot be combined with a manu. coupon for the same item. Sounds like I got a Rep who didn’t know what she was talking about. I have done these types of deals plenty of times before and had even done the toothpaste scenario at another store that same morning. Time to find another CVS that knows what they are doing!

      • leighangela

What on earth?? Why would some registers beep and others not? Also, I forget what the Colgate coupon started with, but the Sensodyne coupons start with a 4. What does that mean?

  20. Cee Cee

I went to CVS today and bought 2 Maybellin products (9.49 for foundation w/ $2Q & 8.50 for lipstick for 1/2 price=4.25 w/ $2Q. total=$11.75) but the amount on my beauty club account total didn’t change from the last time I bought makeup. It stayed directly at 90.00. All i needed was 10.00 to reach $100 in makeup and then get my $5 Extra buck. Does anyone know what’s going on here? Has this happened to anyone else?!

    • M

      Cee Cee,
Beauty Club balances take up to 48 hours to update in your account. Check your account on the 17th it should be updated by then. HTH’s.

    • mday

Well you have to wait for the update and if by then it doesn’t give you a different total then you can discuss with Manager.. But you have to give it time to update..

  21. edy

Yes! It takes 48hrs to updated! I bought some items sunday and monday! And today I scan my card and got bucks! Also, my cvs information got lost in the system on feb 6, had 2 receipts to reedem for cash cards! Called corporate they put all information on new cvs card! Today, verly, and the lady that handle it said go to cvs get a pack gum and everything should, be there! Not yet, cashier said, it takes 48 hrs! But, they tooked care of it. And the colgate cpn it does say manuf cpn from the reveintying beauty! So. I had mf cpns for $1 and reveintying mag cpn $1 but, I used only one since, I shop one cvs all the time! But, they would, had taken both!! Valentines items now 50% off now! (HOUSTON,TX) there better than walgreens when it comes to cpns..

  22. Kari M.

I have a question…I have a $5 off $25 plus a $5 off $30 q from CVS….Can I use both of these in the same transaction?? I have a ton of stuff I want to get from CVS and everything will total around $31. If I can use both of those q’s plus my other q’s and ECB’s I will only have to pay for sales tax.

  23. Heather

I have a question- Today I bought $16 in Loreal lipsticks but on the bottom of my receipt my total beauty spending is only $2 from a previous purchase I made. I used coupons on the Loreal purchase- does that affect what shows up? This has also happened to me in the past, so I’m curious why. Thanks for the help!

    • jen

it takes 24-48 hours for the Beauty Club balances to update – using the coupons won’t reduce the amount. Check it on your next receipt.
