Bahaha! The “hand washing is recommended” part threw me for a second! Why wouldn’t you wash your hands before baking ANYthing?! (it’s been a facepalm kinda day!)

I have this set and love it for cupcakes and cake decorating. The large tip is perfect for frosting cupcakes…looks pretty and is so much faster that spreading it! I think the original price is a bit inflated, but this is still a good deal for it. I think I paid around $7 or so at Joann with a 40% off coupon.

You can google it online too there is usually a printable or on coupons.com ap for your phone they have a mobile coupon

Michael’s accepts competitors’ coupons. This week A.C. Moore has a 50% off coupon (for 1 reg. price item) that you can print out online-as long as you have A.C. Moore nearby, they will accept it at Michael’s! 🙂

If you have other stores near you look around. Like PPs said, price is very inflated and you can get a better deal at many craft stores.

This particular set is $7.99 at Target and $8.99 at Michael’s before any coupons. I’ve considered it a few times but ended up just getting a reusable bag (when they offered the $5 off coupon) and a 1M tip ($1.49, the smaller ones are $0.99).

If you haven’t tried making a bakery swirl on cupcakes before, do! I’ve never considered myself an artistic or crafty person but decided to give it a try. It’s actually quicker and less messy to use a pastry bag and it comes out looking so professional even when a total amateur is doing it.
