Yes, I have gotten a pendant necklace & garnet earrings before. They are nice & definitely real. If there is something that is described as diamond chip, it is just that 1 or 2 small chips–even if the design is for more or repeating diamonds, the metal is usually designed in such a way to reflect & look like more chips. The settings on my earrings aren’t perfect, but it’s not that noticeable. Bottom line, if you want perfect jewelry, it’s not for you. If you want something real for a cheap price, it’s for you. HTH! 🙂
I bought something and it was such cheap quality, I could’ve got something of better quality at a flea market. The jewelry was dirty and had some nonwashable marks on it.
The quality of the products do not seem that great in my opinion.

I actually ordered a bunch of these necklaces last year when they were $1 each. I had intended them as parts of gift packages for the women in my family. I was very dissappointed in them. Very poor chain…resembles one from a coin machine at a arcade. The pendant isn’t too bad but looks “painted”. I ended up giving my beige, who is in middle school, these necklaces to give to her friends for valentines day. We added a personalized charm to each one and put them in small patchwork coin bags we made. The personalized charms were a hit and cost us 0.10 at the bead store. I would reccomend this necklace for a girl but not an older teen or woman.

I ordered a bracelet and they sent me the wrong color. Customer service was slow to respond to my emails/ facebook messages (4 days!) but they said they shipped me a new one on Monday. I am still waiting for it. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t expedite the shipping – just a simple “sorry, well ship you a new one. send us the other one back.” pretty frustrating that i had to deal with their mistake, and i still don’t have the right one.
overall, they are ok but could use some improvement. their jewelry is good. shipping is slow. customer service is slow.
