For those that picked to order later, I hope you get your email. I won yesterday and didn’t get my email. I contacted the cs and they informed me that my email wasn’t on the list of winners. Whatever. So today when I clicked on the link and saw it was live, I didn’t even get the form to fill out. It took me straight to the order now or later page. I didn’t want to chance it again, so I ordered right away and I’m picking up my pizza at 6. I guess I just proved my email was on the list, because it recognized me when I clicked on it. If you don’t get an email, maybe just try to order from the fb page and it might come up with the coupon.
Same thing happened to me twice, last give away and now this one… I asked for my e-mail and never got one and when I wrote I was told I was not on a list of winners… So my solution is to NEVER buy their pizza again… I have trouble with them in my area anyways, and this was my limit of the companies stupidity for me and my family…
I got one 2 days ago and opted to order mine later and I got my email within minutes…we got our pizza today! Make sure to check your spam folders!!! And for those who did get it the new chicken carbonara one is really good! 🙂
I don’t believe it, but… I actually got my email. Over 24 hours later. I sent them another complaint after they told me that my email wasn’t on the list (I was nice:) Maybe complaining helped. Who knows?
The same thing happened to me but I contacted headquarters they told me my email address wasnt on the list and they sent me the code anyways.
Hm. seems I am one of the unlucky who isn’t going to get the email from them. That’s somewhat disappointing. Still, thanks for the heads up Colin!

A representative said the emails can take up to 6hrs, so keep checking mine took 3hrs a couple days ago.
Check your spam folders too, that’s where mine showed up the other day.
I won one yesterday and I chose order later and I won’t be using it afterall. I can send the email they sent me to the first person to reply to this with their email. I would think anyone can use it as long as you have that email from them, it is worth a try.

I won a free pizza yesterday and received my email within minutes. I followed the exact instructions to redeem yesterday. However, when I arrived at the store, they said that it wasn’t free and charged me $8. I showed them the email and they acknowledged that it should have worked. However, they refused to honor it and said they couldn’t add in a promo after the pizza was made. So, I paid $8 for a free pizza.
You’ve GOT to be kidding! I would’ve walked out and left them stuck with it! If they acknowledged that it should’ve worked, then why did they charge you? Sounds to me like someone pocketed your money.
Looks like I’m one of the unlucky ones who opted for later…No email.I called CS and they told me another dept. haldled this and transfered me..this dept.said only corparate could do this and gave me a..800 #? .to call friday.the # was (734)930-3030..but they were closed now.let me know if you have any luck.I’m fed up with this!!(:

I picked up my pizza today – Spinach and Feta. Only cost me a dollar tip (I always tip at least a buck when I pickup a pizza). Yay! It was good.
I got two the other day, emails came in a snap…and I won two today! Wahoo!!
So for anyone who has clicked to redeem later and has gotten the email and ordered later, do they give you a choice on when you want to pick it up like Papa John’s does? I want to get my free pizza tomorrow evening but won’t be home to order it on the computer since I will be in town all day.
they let you choose one of the artisan pizzas and do not add extras. It is also a small pizza but it was enough to feed 4 small children and I last night. Thanks Collin for another free meal for us!!!
