If anyone else happens to have the P&G direct coupon mailer, it’ll make for a 99 cent Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor this week using the $5/1 coupon.

    • Kristen

Thanks for the reminder! I would never have remembered to look there 🙂

    • LB

      Thank you!

  2. Jennifer

The A&H spinbrush $2 printable is not coming up for me.

  3. laurenb1991

Hey Collin, tell me if this is right:
    MY FIRST TRANSACTION-
-buy the 2 Gerber baby foods for $2.39, and buy 2 no nonsense essential basics for $1.49, and all I will pay $2.27, and that’s after I deduct the $0.61 money maker off of the total.( I will get back $3 +up rewards)
    THEN MY SECOND TRANSACTION-
buy 2 stayfree maxi pads for 2/$6.00, use the 2 $1.00 coupons, THEN use my $3 +up rewards, PAY ONLY $1.00 AND STILL get back $3 +up rewards?! 😀

    • Maria

Yes, and if you find the $5 rebate wyb 2 Stayfree (it’s at most stores.) then a $5 MM 🙂

      • lauren

Oh my goodness, thank you Maria, I love you, you just made my Sunday! 😀

      • Merideth

I couldn’t find the rebate forms so I got some off eBay

    • steph

I think the up rewards can’t be used until the next day…(or has this changed again?)

      • Ana

ONLY IN THE TEST AREA you cannot use +UPs the same day they are issued. In the rest of the country it’s business as usual.

    • stacy

U cant use the ups sameday well u can but the up rewards wont print – this happened to me

      • Merideth

Did Rite Aid change this?? Haven’t heard anything and I’m usually “in the know”.

    • stacy

You cant use ups on sameday fyi

      • lauren

nooooooooo! thank y’all so much for telling me. 🙁

        • Julie

I use mine same day with absolutely no problem. My store just has to input the the UP# and I have never had a problem receiving additional up’s. This rule was not inacted to my knowledge.

          • lauren

yea thats what i thought, i just see people roll theres at my stores. thanks for the reply, u give me hope that it’ll work the way i want it to!lol

            • rachel

In utah you can’t use the same day it totally sucks. They print with a can use date and an expiration date I think it is jsut the test markets.

              • lauren

oh my goodness thats what I just read! I would be so mad, I feel so sorry for you Rachel 🙁 i wish you could partake in the same savings as me.

  4. Jennifer

The Nursery Water is $1.79 and there is a $1/4 printable coupon on their website.

    • Brandi

Be careful with nursery water. Gave my daughter diarrhea for 26 straight days until I realized what it was and stopped it…

  5. Mandi

There was $2 off one peelie on Kotex. will make it even better deal!

  6. lauren

wait I just checked the rite aid corporate/coupon policy and nowhere does it say i cant use my +up rewards in the same day in separate transactions :0

    • Ana

That rule is only true for the TEST AREA. The reason there is so much confusion is that RA posted this on their facebook for about 1 day and took it back the day after. This was about 2 months ago….

  7. anna

It will print on your up reward. the starting date and expiration date and will be the next day. 🙁

    • lauren

      i dont understand anna.lol re-explain that please. 🙂

      • anna

Never mind guess i’m in the test area that’s why, booo. It printed two dates on my up reward. one was a start date which is the day i can start to use it(it said the next days date) and the other is the expiration date. they also stopped letting anyone use expired ups here too. they use to give a grace period for them. wish rite aid wasn’t getting so stinky.

        • Maggie

FYI, if you got +ups with a 5/5 expiration date that issued last Sunday, those are not really expired! It was a computer glitch that caused them to only have a 6-day expiry date, and RA posted on their facebook page that they’ll be valid until 5/19. This is a special situation because of the computer problem last Sunday and Monday only — I printed out the post from RA’s facebook page to take to the store with me.

    • Nicki

I went to Rite Aid on Monday and did 4 transactions. I rolled all my +ups on to the next transaction except for the three from the final transaction which are all dated as being valid 4/27-5/19, and I shopped 4/30, so they were all valid as of printing. I think Anna was saying that if you were shopping today, 5/5 they wouldn’t “start” until 5/6. Definitely keep in eye out for that when they print, but I’ve never had that be the case.

    • Carol_R

That’s only if you are in a test market area. It’s not for any other areas. I just rolled UP rewards today from Transaction #1 to Transaction #2 at Rite Aid with no problem.

  8. giselle

I was wondering if anyone has gotten their canvas yet

    • lauren

      it depends, whats a canvas?lol

      • giselle

        thank you guys

    • Cathy

I got mine last week. They called with auto message everyday until I picked it up. It turned out very nice. I actually liked the quality better than canvas people. Plus it has the stand on the back so you can place it on a table instead of hanging.

  9. Nicki

Does anyone know if Rite Aid takes manufacturer’s catalinas from another store? They have a “5” barcode and say manufacturer’s coupon but I have one that says redeemable at Walgreens. I couldn’t find anything about it in their coupon policy and I’m pretty new to couponing so I’m not sure if there is a standard rule about using catalina’s at other stores. TIA

    • lauren

yes they should take the other stores coupons, as long as they have a “5” and they say manufactures coupon on them. the only way they wont is if it was a “buy 1 get 1 free” coupon or a “free” coupon, i believe. what i say to do though(and i should do this for my current issue) is to call your local rite aid and see what THEIR take is on it. But, all in all they should.

  10. Cherie

Did the video values change from Rite Aid store coupons to manufactures coupons?

    • lauren

Are you talking about something similar to the load2card thing? because I just watched this video on youtube of a woman shopping at riteaid like 2 days ago and she talks about that. she says that u can stack in store coupons with manufactures coupons and then throw the load2card MANUFACTURED coupons on as well to save a ton more.

    • Brenda

      Cherie,
No, The video values are still Rite Aid Store Coupons. It can be confusing since they say Manufacturer’s coupon on the top of them. An easy way to tell the difference is the barcodes on Rite Aid store coupons start with RC while the regular manufacturer coupons just have numbers.

  11. Jessica

Does anyone know if Rite Aid changed their policy on how long up rewards are good till? The items that I bought on April 22 have an expiration date of May 13th, but all the items that I bought last Sunday April 29th expired tonight May 5th? Can someone explain this to me, please?

    • AG

It was a mistake on Rite Aid’s part. Their Facebook page says they’ll still scan as valid till the 19th.

      • Jessica

        Thank you

  12. Jessica

Does anyone have an extra Domino’s free pizza that they will not be using? If so could you email me at gibbyhb2008(at)hotmail(dot)com. Thank you in advance.

  13. Carol_R

    Thanks for the match-ups Collin.

  14. Laura

UbyKotex.com is saying the coupon offer is expired. Anyone else getting that message too?

    • Brenda

      Laura,
I did. Guess it’s out of prints.

    • Dekins

I got that too. No U by Kotex coupons anymore.

  15. serena

Rite Aid coupon policy states you can not use a B1G1 coupon with a B1G1 sale. so you wouldn’t be able to use the speed stick coupon…

    • Kelli

When did that start?I have used a B1G1 coupon on a B1G1 sale not too long ago….

      • Brenda

        Kelli,

RiteAid has their current written coupon policy available on their website, here’s a link to it.

        http :// content.riteaid.com/stores/CustomerCouponAcceptancePolicyApril2012 . pdf (remove spaces)

Here is the specific part regarding BOGO sales and BOGO coupons. The last sentence addresses use of BOGO coupons with BOGO sales.

Rite Aid accepts Buy One, Get One Free coupons, however only one coupon can be used for each pair of items purchased. A customer can use one “cents off” coupon (a coupon of fixed value such as $.50, $1.25, etc.) in conjunction with the item they are purchasing on a Buy One, Get One Free promotion (or with a Buy One, Get One Free coupon), although the value of the cents off coupon cannot exceed the selling price of the item. Customers can use up to two coupons with a Buy One, Get One at a % off promotion, provided the total value of the coupons does not exceed the selling price of the two items combined.
Buy One, Get One Free coupons cannot be used in conjunction with a Buy One, Get One Free or with a Buy One, Get One at a % off promotion.

  16. Tana

Does anyone have two soft soap coupons they won’t be using this week? Thank you!

  17. Rebeca

Oh no! I cant believe I didnt watch the Dr. Scholl’s April video values! I usually watch anything that is 50 cents and over! 🙁

    • DeAnn

I got 2 Dr. Scholls insoles for .18 each ( I get the 20% discount) and one of them came with a nice pedicure set attached. Be sure to be on the look-out for those.

  18. Elise

Just opened my P&G moisture Gift Set – it has $1 off: clairol, head & shoulders, olay moisturizer, olay bath care; $.75 off: ivory, puffs; and $.50 off secret. Plus a 1 year subscription to self magazine, but I don’t see anything about exchanging it for a mail-in rebate, anyone know more about this? (I know the ones that came w/the Christmas Gift Sets said on it the website for the refund details, but tons of people had trouble actually getting them.)

    • lor

Thanks for the coupon information! I was wondering the same thing, i looked at them but could not tell from the box which ones had the rebate. I know there is the $10 back on $50.00 P&G purchase, so i was thinking maybe that’s the one being referred to.

    • lisa

I did this with the christmas one and got the rebate check pretty quick only about 3 weeks. Just go online print the form and select the rebate option mine was near the bottom in the small print then you mail it in.

      • Jan

The P&G Olympic gift sets have you go to a website with a code from inside the box. When you go to the website, the only options are magazine subscriptions and “no thanks”. The $30 value is very misleading, since it includes the $6 in coupons and the magazine subscription, valued at $12. So only $12 in products at full price are in the box. You could normally pick up the items for about $5 for all of them after coupons and normal sale prices, so unless “no thanks” means they are mailing me a check, then the gift sets are not a good deal.

        • Jan

I just called the customer service number from the P&G gift set website http://www.self/go/olympic & they confirmed that checking “no thanks” and filling out the form with your contact info will generate a $12 rebate for the gift set.

          • Kathy

I called the service number as well and was told that there was no rebate unless it was explicitly stated on the webpage for the subscription (which it was for some other Condenast offers). I gambled though and checked “no thanks” and submitted my code, name and address. There was no confirmation except a simple message saying something like “Thanks for submitting”. Who knows, I will wait and see!

            • tawarren@sbcglobal.net

i got the same “thanks for entering”. i hope to get my money back….I did this on a whim! Guess we are the Guinee pigs…. 🙂

            • Rach

I just bought my olympic set, went to the website, and I don’t see an option for “no thanks”. Please help! What do I click on?

            • Marian

Did the check ever come for you ladies?

  19. Pauline

Is P&G direct coupon mailer in Sunday paper? I can’t seem to find it. thanks.

    • Brenda

      Pauline,
It was in last week’s (4/29/12) Sunday paper.
      Hopefully, you still have it?!
If not there are several coupon ordering sites that you can order whole coupon inserts.

    • Brenda

      Pauline,
I just realized that you are probably referring to the mailer that Carissa R. mentioned at the top of these comments and not the regular coupon insert.
      Sorry for the confusion.
P&G offers a sample pack with coupons that people can request every 3 months.

Here’s a link to it, just click on the Get Coupons tab at the top of the page.
www . pgeveryday . com (remove spaces)

      • Pauline

Brenda, thank you for answering my question, I don’t have it then. I will go to your link provided to request coupons. thanks.

  20. Karen

I was in RA on Friday, in Southern Cal. sale ads are Fri-Thu. I saw Nutella was marked down to $2.79, and redplum has $1 off cpn.

  21. DeAnn

If you like the Pepperidge Farm cookies, they will ring up $2.79 if you have the 20% discount, and the coupon in the 5/6 Oregonian was for .75 off, making them only $1.04 each.

    • Brenda

      Yippee, DeAnn!
I was so happy to see we got a .75 coupon that it was the first thing on my list! Thanks for the heads up that it’ll be even cheaper for me, hopefully they still have some good ones left.
Last time they had them on sale all of the packages were expired by at least 4 months. I don’t have an issue with something that’s a little past dated, but 4 months is a bit much for me!

  22. Saving My Two Cents

Just a heads up, last week all of my Walgreens, CVS AND Target were out of the free one touch meters (with the $10/1 online coupon), but they were on sale at my Rite Aid for 9.99 this week so I was able to pick up a couple for donating!

Also, has anyone found the $3/1 Massaging Gel coupon from the 5/6 SS as an online coupon anywhere? My SS didn’t have them (or the Stayfree for that matter) 🙁 , and I am in dire need of these! If anyone finds them online please let me know! (I did get the $2/1 from the Dr. Scholl’s website as a back up plan, but wouldn’t pass up the extra $1 if I could help it!) TIA

  23. Sheena

I bought the p& g set . I cant find the website for the free mag sub. When I type it in, it doesnt pull up anything relevant. I also looked on self.com, anyone else had trouble ?

    • Nicki

Same problem here. I type in the self.com/go/Olympics and it says the page no longer exists. So it’s looking like on top of not being able to get a rebate check you may not be able to get the magazine subscription lol.

      • Richa

Hi, i was able to go to the rebate page. thank youKathy but where do we find the rebate details, i selected no thanks and submitted , it said,
Welcome to the Olympics/SELF special magazine redemption page!
        Thank you for entering!

        • Kathy

I’m afraid that there may or may not be a rebate offer. Check the previous posts, which I copied below:

Collin or anyone else who can help- for the B1g! on the Speed stick you said you can use this coupon since you are buying 4 items in a B1G1 Free sale but I can’t find that anywhere in RA policy. Am I missing something somewhere? I would like to have it in hand when I go in to use the coupon if I can. TIA!

    • Jamie

You cannot use a bogo coupon with a bogo sale where you only buy two and get both free (the store/sale paying for one and the manufacturer paying for one.). If you buy four deodorant you will get two of them free from the store/sale, but since you still are paying for the other two deodorant, you can then use the manufacturers bogo coupon to get one of them for free. The end result would be buy one get three for free. Hope this helps!

      • Kelli

i still do not see this anywhere in the policy and i have used a bogo coupon with a bogo sale.

The free one is FREE AUTOMATICALLY and the man.Q pays for the one you were suppose to pay for…..

Where did u get the idea that the store is “paying for one”??

        • Brenda

          Kelli,
Jaime is correct. RiteAid has their current written coupon policy available on their website, here’s a link to it.

I hope this helps to clear up any confusion.

My husband loves Gillette razors. I am wondering if I can do this deal…
    2 razors for 19.98
    use the bogo coupon -7.98
    get 2 $4.00 rewards -8.00

End up paying 4.00 for two razors.

If this works I will do this deal twice. Anyone see any issues with this?

  26. Tana

I understand that when the store is having a BOGO sale, I can use a BOGO coupon to get another free, when I am purchasing 4. Can I use a coupon to bring down the price on the one I am paying for?

  27. Brenda

The P&G Olympic gift packs (Olay, etc.) are not offering a rebate, just the Self magazine subscription. I called self to ask about it when I couldn’t find any info about a rebate in my gift pack. Someone, let us know if you have any luck with it.

    • Linda

I just got off the phone and they are having issues wiht the website and have contacted self to have them correct it, I was told to try back late today or tomorrrow.

      • Brenda

Thank you. I didn’t have any luck with Self. Did you talk with P&G?

  28. Linda

i found the glitch use a lower case O for olympics not upper case

  29. Brenda

    Use lower case o where?

  30. Ely

Went into Rite Aid on my lunch today and tried to purchase 4 Speed Stick deodorant using 1 B1G1 Free Coupon. The cashier hands me back the coupon saying, “I remember something about bogo sales and not taking coupons”. I calmly stated that since I was purchasing 4, I could use one of the coupons since I was still paying for a total of 2 with the sale. She didn’t know what the policy even was, she just kept saying “I don’t think I can take a coupon”. Finally, I just said ok then forget it. Well then she goes and grabs the coupon policy which she wouldn’t let me look at, she just sat there looking through it for a good few minutes until I finally said I was on my lunch break and had to leave, as this was getting ridiculous.

Gotta love it when you know more about a person’s job then they themselves do.

I went to Rite Aid and took my Target catalinas/manufacturer Qs that spit out when I used their Target web Qs to get revlon tools $5 off of 2 and $2 off. I got their nail files and cheapest clippers and also used their $2 Q from the video. Paid just a part of the taxes…somehow the Q had a negative value and it deducted from the tax. Really, it was 5.5 mi out of my way , then RT, so I prob spent a few bucks on gas! 🙂

  32. shell

Oh, so that was $.27 for 3 file packs and 6 clippers!

  33. robin

The Stayfree deal was sweetened for me when the packages I bought had booklets on them for $20 in P&G coupons! Be on the lookout!

    • Merideth

      stay free isn’t owned by P & G

      • Linda

You are right. The coupons are for Bengay, K-Y, visine, etc….

  34. Kan

I have a question about the Single Check Rebates (particularly #2 for the $15 purchase of Gerber products). Do you actually have to pay/spend $15 (after coupons, up+, etc), or does it just count the original cost of the products?

    • Merideth

      It counts before coupons

  35. stacy

go to arm and hammer.com to get coupons for the detergent!

  36. crysta

did anyone who checked no thanks ever get a rebate?

    • Kathy

If you’re talking about the Olympic Gift Set from P&G, I did not receive a rebate after clicking “no thanks”. Oh well, it was a gamble.
