I’ve called egiftcard support 3 times. You automatically get put on hold and then it diconnects….ughhh 🙁
After personalizing your card, just hit the Check Out button and it will automatically be added to your cart 🙂 You’ll then need to enter your credit card information.
Finally figured it out. You have to register/log in at Jockey.com first and then click on egift cards.
I’ve only been to jockey outlet stores, is that all there is? Just wanted to make sure the GC can be used there. PS.they have great sales and agood reward program.

I tried using the e card and it is charging for shipping. I thought shipping was free? Is there some code I need to enter?
Shipping is only free on the gift card. The order itself costs $7 to ship unless you get $75 of stuff.
