Service is unavailable
Try with firefox if you have it. I used firefox and got through. It took about five or six minutes total. As long as you don’t get the “service unavailable” screen, it is probably working. It just takes FOREVER to proceed to the next page. Even after you get to the page where you enter your info. and hit send, it takes forever to process and reply with the thank you screen.
Happened to check as it launched, so I got one. Love these bags.
I entered my info on the form then nothing happened. Last time that happened I got one, so fingers crossed!
I just kept refreshing on both pc’s.
Once the screen became blank and no more service unavailable notice, it did finally appear. Don’t touch & give it time to load.

I got the same thing when I signed up my mom, when it finally did load it said thank you we received your mailing info, gave me a confirmation # and said I’ll receive my beauty bag in approx 6-8 weeks…so I would imagine it did.

Keep refreshing the page and the form should come up! I’m still working on trying to get mine, but it takes a bit of refreshing to get it moving.

If you hit F5 and refresh several times after filling out your information, eventually it will say Thank You, we have received your information & give you conf. number. Just have to be patient.
Target posted on someone’s comment that if you DO NOT get conf # after filling info & submitting then to just refresh. I got mine 🙂 Good luck!

It took awhile but I finally got through.
After waiting about 20minutes to get into the request form it let me fill it out and hit submit but then gave me an error message. So I started the whole process over and when the site finally did come up it said “Thanks, we received your mailing info”.. so I’m assuming it worked! Yippie 😉
