Be aware that Petsmart might not take any ip’s – in the northern VA area they don’t and have a printed coupon policy at the registers that state they don’t take ip’s.
I’ve used them without any problems here in New Hampshire
Anyone know if Petsmart has any sales coming up? With the IP that was available a few months ago ($7 value?) I loaded up on a ton of free science diet. I’m down to about 30lbs of dog food now though.
Does anyone know about how much these bags are at PetCo / PetSmart?

Anyone know how much this might be at Walmart/Target? This would make a great donation to shelters. They are always in need!
I’m pretty sure you can’t buy Science Diet food at Target/Walmart. You can only buy them at a pet store or vet clinic.
Science Diet does have some varieties sold at pet food stores, but the specialized prescription diet foods are only sold by vets (usually have 2 letters like c/d, k/d, etc.).
Unless you find a good sale, $5 will not cover the cost of a small bag. I do not believe this food is sold at Walmart/Target.
I believe I checked my Target when the $8 coupons came out, but my target didn’t have this brand. Not sure about Walmart. PetCo and PetSmart do carry it though.
My cats eat this. It’s not available at Walmart, Target, grocery stores, etc. I’ve only ever found it at Petsmart, Petco & Tractor Supply Co (Not sure if TSC accepts coupons, but it is usually the cheapest here unless there is a sale at Petsmart)

Thank you!! Our cat is on a special Science Diet cat food and it’s $45 for a 10 lb bag so every little bit helps! I just got a $10 rebate from our last bag, too, so this is great!
Mine too, but we’ve only tried the prescription cans. Maybe this would be a good opportunity to try the hard food too. My vets prices keep going up almost every time I go to purchase.

Oh i would call the rebate maker and check first with pairing the rebate with a sale… I did that several months ago when petsmart had the science diet cat food on sale for $8 a bag and when i sent in the rebate it got declined because the bag was onsale instead of the normal price of $12.99….. you would think science diet would want to pay you back less $ but it is another way they get out of refunding you…. just double check.
I used the previous high value coupon at PetSmart and Petco (they price matched), and I submitted 1 rebates (one for me, and one for my mom at her address) I got both.
I complained on their fb page, there were several other people who were denied too on the page… maybe we got a moody rebate issuer?? 🙂
I just submitted a rebate and used a $3 coupon, but when I read the fine print on the form it said “not valid with any other offer or coupon”, so I had to buy another bag without a coupon and submitted that receipt.
Same here. Last time there was a rebate the nice cashier at Petsmart scanned a coupon she had without asking me first and I had to nicely ask her to void the sale and do it again without using a coupon. I got the rebate just fine.
Also remember there is a Pedigree offer for adopted pets.
I saw yesterday at Target the big Pedigree dog food bags with $10 worth of coupons inside fyi in case someone is interested.

my target sells Science diet also but im not sure of the price – usually they are as high as the pet store. although they did have lots of different pet foods on clearance the other day

For those who have pets on special diets look on Science Diets website, they had a bunch of coupons for the special diet foods ( c/d, K/d, i/d, s/d, ect.)
I didn’t see k/d coupons, but I did email them through their website to ask if they had coupons, and they mailed me a $5 off any prescription food coupon.
Oh I missed the $8 coupon where was it can i still print it?
There will be a sale on Senior dog food at Petco this coming week. It says it will be $4 off, plus there is a Petco coupon for $3 off. Combined with the manufacturer coupon, this could possibly make for free food.
My Petsmart had the small bags on sale for 7.99 this weekend only!
