My Disney gift card wouldn’t work. I’ll just save it for in-store. Kind of annoying though. Kept getting an error.
I kept getting an error too. So I clicked on check balance, and then realized the last 4 digits are covered by the silver strip! Just scratch that part off. Didn’t like that they needed my CC as well, so I tried to use one that had a few cents left on the card, but it wouldn’t accept it. Then tried my Serve Amex card that has about $5 left and the order -still- wouldn’t go through! I got a pop up to chat was a CS rep, and they offered to take the order over the phone, but decided against b/c of the Shop@home offer. After all that, I went through Paypal! Which I probably should have just done from the beginning.

I received the credit soon after, but BUT now I went to check my account to see if other purchases had posted credit and the WILD deal was completely gone/removed! I have an email out to them. : )

My mother in law and I got them today. Unfortunately the Spiderman flip flops for my son seem super narrow and the Tinkerbell flip flops for my daughter just fit her, they seem to run very small. Does anyone know if its possible to exchange them?
I got the Ariel flip flops and they are awful. After only a couple of hours of wearing, the toe tab portion pulled through and the shoe falls off. I push it back through and it just keeps pulling out. I tried calling Disney but the wait time is 15 minutes according to the call queue. So I sent an email and will see what they will do to either replace or refund the money. What a shame. My daughter was so excited as they were a birthday present.
