Do Max perks work just like cash on future purchases? Can you use them on anything in the store? Are there any limits? Catches?
The only catch I have encountered is waiting FOREVER for the rewards to be available.
can I use maxrewards to buy these and still get maxrewards? I just started buying from Officemax when they had the office chair deal and have over $60 in rewards that I need to spend.
I went yesterday and used my max rewards to buy the paper and batteries among other things, and yes I earned another $23 in rewards.
You cannot use your rewards to earn another reward. When I questioned it, I was told to read the fine print. Yes, it’s there, but they do make it a challenge to read. Otherwise great program.

How do you find these before the good stuff is out of stock. I get their emails and check every week, but never seem to find the stuff I need before it’s out of stock.

I went into my local officemax today ( here in Ca.) and they had a huge stock of batteries & paper I also used my $6 rewards that I had and then I got a coupon for $10 off $25 purchase at payless shoesource store or online and I did the survey from my receipt and received a $5 off $25 purchase from officemax. Pretty good deals …
