The phone text I got said Play the Madagascar video game for free this weekend. Is it for any?
I have never liked these deals where you have to text because I’ve been scammed and charged a monthly fee on my cell phone bill more than once plus they start texting me constantly and I pay PER text. Has anyone done this deal with Redbox that could tell me how it works or what happens after I text them? Just cautious because I see in the message up there that Collin posted a statement “Txt STOP 2quit” so it makes me wonder if this starts up never ending texts.
no you shouldnt get spam or anything from redbox,ive had it for a while now to get the free monthly movie code,if you have to pay for your texts i dont see why you dont just rent the game or movie because your paying about the same price,redbox doesnt send me alot at all except for the once a month or a little one every few moths
tracy, Yes, you’re right. I’m paying 20 cents per text back and forth so I might as well pay to rent the movie. I didn’t think about that. I’ve never rented a movie from Redbox, what is the value of a 1 night rental?
its only like $1 and tax,for the one night and then you get charged another dollar i think if you have it for another day,alot cheaper than blockbuster
I just rented a game for my son and his friend. They were BORED. i think it’s time to go back to school 😉 I just texted the offer. Got the returning text with the code and texted back STOP. They send something back saying tyou wont receive any messages back from them. So it was a total of 5 text messages back and forth, which is no biggie since I don’t personally pay for each text message. I think th elast time I rented a video game it was at least $1.50 or more. So for me it was worth it. Thanks Collin!
