    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re most welcome! 🙂

  2. appu

hey collin Max Freeze coupons not available now

    • Marissa

bummed about that too but oh well still free!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Bummer! Thanks for the update!

  3. Emily McEntire

These were posted early! Thanks so much!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re so welcome!

  4. smellyann

Dang, you are on the BALL, woman!!! 😉 But FYI, the Max Freeze/Heat Qs are out of prints 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Thanks for letting me know!

  5. Laura962

Will they adjust down the coupon for the sammy fat foam?

    • smellyann

They will if they know what they’re doing. You might have to tell them; they might have to ask a Mgr. YMMV

    • Anne

I’d wait because in 2 weeks it’ll be 9.99 and you get $5 off. That will make it free and you won’t have to go through the chaos. Some of the cashiers can be really funny about this type of deal.

      • Brenda Marie Bayus-Spriet

how u know it will be 9.99 in two weeks, cause if thats the case i will wait too…thanks for the heads up on that.

        • Sheryl

I can see the ad on 9/2 and samy fat foam is $9.99, like she says. website iheartriteaid.com is where you can see the ads in advance.

      • Jay

No need to wait, the coupon is a PDF (unlimited prints). Print 1 for this week and 1 for next.

      • Carla_E

if its 9.99 and you have a $5 coupon how will it be free? thanks

        • Jay

There’s a $5 in ad coupon again that can be stacked w the $5 mfg.

          • nicole d

My rite aid didn’t adjust it down, they just allowed it as a credit to my basket & i wasn’t about to argue 🙂

  6. Laura962

Will they adjust down the coupon for the sammy fat foam?

    • ThoomasLee

I believe there is a video values coupon out for sammy fat.

  7. Rie

After a long hiatus, rite aid is luring me back!

    • Jennifer

      Me too

  8. kathleen

is the conair product in the picture the exact one she bought with the 10$ coupon? i would like to do that deal !

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, several readers who live in Southern California (where the ad starts on Friday) were able to confirm that the Conair InfinitiPro Spin Air Brush Dryer is on sale for $16.99 and is generating the $7 +Up Reward. Hope this helps!

      • Susan

Hi Collin, we just tried it in Southern California with the exact dryer pictured (Conair Infinity Pro Spin Air Brush Dryer) and it rang up $49.99. The other Conair brush type dryers are ringing up $16.99 but the coupon did not work on them. 🙁

        • moneysavingstudent

Me too. No go here in NorCal. The sale starts tomorrow but I wanted to get my 20% disc for gold. I got the 2in1 Conair Hot Air Styler for 17.99 regular price minus my discount and got the 7UP to print. I wasn’t able to use the $10 off riteaid coupon.

    • mar

it’s a monthly $7+up deal, so I bought it today without the sale since with my gold discount, it was cheaper anyway, and it generates the +up no problem 🙂

      • Carla_e

Hi mar, which city are u from? Just wonderin coz I did this deal, got the conair infiiti pro styler dryer as pictured above.. And it rang up $49.99. Im from lakewood,ca. Thanks! 🙂

        • Marii

I’m in the Los Angeles area and my Rite Aid had this for $59.99. Oh well…

    • Yulia.a

Sad from anaheim ca the conair was a no go. It was 59.99. Was really lookong foward to it.

      • Dallas

same here in the oc – no go on the $16.99 styler only on the 59.99 one

        • Sue

The one n the ad is on sale but doesnt match the q

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So sorry for the confusion regarding this deal. I have since removed the deal scenario after reading through all of your comments as it clearly does not work for this item.

            • Kat

There is one dryer that is on sale for 16.99 but it is not the spinning one… easy to see how the confusion came about.

  9. Kristen

Love the deal on the Conair stuff!!! :)thanks!! Is that an advertised deal?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, the ad states that select Conair Dryers, Straighteners, Curling Irons, and Haircut Kits are on sale for $16.99 and produce a $7 +Up Reward.

    • Jane

No go in Michigan on the Conair deal

  10. Carol_R

THanks Collin. Your match-ups are awesome.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You are so welcome, Carol!

      • Carla_e

Hi kolin thanks for all you do.. I was just at the store about 30 mins ago and did a price check on the infiniti spin styler dryer (the one you have in the picture) and it rang up $49.99. Im from socal.. Im bummed that this deal didnt work! 🙁

        • Carla_e

          *collin

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So sorry for the confusion regarding this deal. I have since removed the deal scenario after reading your comment.

  11. Susan

Great catch on this Conair dryer deal. Other blogs missed it. I’m so excited about this deal! My hair dryer broke and money has been too tight to replace it. Now I can get a dryer for free and I’m so excited that it’s a styling dryer! It should add some volume to my baby fine hair. Thanks so much for all the fantastic work you do!

    • Susan

I have an update. In Massachusetts, the Conair spin styler dryer that relates to the $10 ad perk coupon is not one of the Conair dryers that is on sale for $16.99. It appears that it is staying at the regular price in my area which is $59.99. Not only was there no sign on it, but I checked the price via the price scanner. Bummer!

      • Lo

Same here in Ohio … the $10 ad perk is for the $59.99 Conair. Ditto on the bummer!

        • sara

Same in South Carolina, the one for the coupon is not on sale, and the coupon won’t work for the one that is.

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So sorry for the confusion regarding this deal. I have since removed the deal scenario after reading through all of your comments.

  12. Anna

Thank you for all you do! : )

  13. Madison

Hey Collin, I thought the Nair was 50% off all, is that a misprint?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are so right! I just made the correction in my deals above. Thanks!

  14. rachel

im not sure if the Lichi Meal Replacement tpr will work for the plus up i work at a rite aid and last week they made us take down the tpr?

    • rachel

and i was upset cause we just got some in stock and im scared to try it :/

      • Sheryl

If I am not sure the UP reward will print then I buy the item with cash, separate transaction and no UPS, so if there is a problem a return can be done with no fuss.

        • Sue

          Great idea.

    • Lori

I just bought this yesterday and it printed for me at two different stores…my stores still had the signs up!

  15. Tana

Anyone tried the leg cream? Lichi meal replacement? So curious to know what others think before buying those…

    • vicky

yes i have tried the lichi meal replacement i purchased this two weeks ago and got the 10.00 up reward and the 20.00 up reward making them free and getting and extra 10.00. The meal replacement taste good. reminds me of slim fast. Taste much better when cold.

      • extremecouponmom

I agree, I got them too with that deal, that was great!

  16. Porsche' Robey

ive never done a coupon trip at rite aid bc im new to having rite aid to shop at but i do have a card and i think i def want to take advantage of the conair deal!

  17. Rebecca

Does anyone have problems with how the rite aid video values coupons print? For me, when it prints, I can only faintly see a bar code and nothing else. I print everything in black and white and I’m not low on ink. It has always printed like this.

    • amber

Mine always print nicely with descriptions and pictures whether I print in color or black and white. Strange that yours aren’t printing right.

    • Jasmine

I wish mine would print at all. Lol. Everytime I try my browsers shut down Firefox and safari

    • Jennifer

I believe it gives you a print preview and you might have an option to print or save to a pdf, if you’ve got adobe or a similar pdf printer on your computer (there are several free versions available online). I always do this for RA VV coupons, because if your printer messes up, you don’ t get another chance to print them. Maybe try saving to pdf first and then printing from the pdf document?

      • mel

if your print messes up, all you need to do is call or do a chat with CS, I’ve always gotten the VV coupon reset within 2-3 days.

  18. Maria Dentino

Could you use (3) $1 off 1 Revlon Color Cosmetic coupons that were in the 7/22 SS and 8/5 SS in the Revlon nail enamel deal? Then they’d be $1.32 each.

    • Brenda

      Maria,
Yes, you can! Sure wish I got them in my inserts!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks! Just added these coupons to my scenario.

  19. extremecouponmom

Just a note – Sleep Sheets boxes should have a $1 coupon in them. When I got these at Wag’s a couple months ago with their deal, they had the coupon in boxes. I still have them so will be using them for a $1 MM. If your cashier lets you, you can open the box to check before buying it (only if you plan on buying it regardless of course).

  20. Ryan

My first attempt at couponing will be the Hershey’s Simple Pleasures today. However, when I printed the coupon off the ‘August Video Values’ page, the coupon says “Cannot be combined with any other offers”. Does this mean they won’t accept it with the 2 $2/1 coupons from the 8/19 SS? Great website by the way! I’m looking forward to saving my family some money!

    • Heather

Rite Aid will take one store coupon (in this case a video values coupon) and one manufacturer coupon together. The wording on that coupon is confusing, but they’ll take both. Happy couoning!

  21. Jennifer

Be careful on the Ecotools deal. I bought two of the bath mitts pictured in the ad (green with white stripes), and the $4 +UP did not print. The cashier tried to tell me that it was because I used coupons, so I had her try doing the purchase without any coupons, but the reward still did not print. I ended up getting a $4 cash refund, which is actually better than the +UP, but no one was sure why the deal didn’t work. Just make sure to check your receipt before leaving the store if you’re planning on doing this deal.

    • Yolanda

The same thing happened to me. Except, my cashier wasn’t as kind as yours. She told me to call customer service.

      • mel

I bought 2 bath sponges, used 2 $1 coupons (from an old issue of All You, doesn’t exp until 12/31) and my $4+UP printed. Since I have silver, they rang up $2.06, so it was a bit more of a MM.

        • Yolanda

can you tell me what the product number is, because i really wanna go back and try it again. it’s a really good deal.

          • mel

Sure!! On the tag, it says 7048 eco.pouf bath sponge. Upc # 079625074086. HTH!

    • Lo

I bought 2 of the Loofah Bath Sponge (#7119) and no UPs printed 🙁

    • Sheryl

upc 79625 07408 eco tools pouf bath sponge produced UP.

    • Amanda

Same here, bought two of the bath mitts and the UP did not print. The cashier fixed it for me by refunding me for the two mitts and then ringing them in for $.96 each, which is the retail minus $2 each for the UPs that didn’t print.

  22. juvy

Yeah I just went at rite aid and bought the same thing the manager give me cash also because it didnt produce UP

  23. meljoyhan

Thanks for all the great deals Collin! Went to Rite Aid this morning and was able to get a Conair styler (not the one pictured) and the Fat Foam for only 6.26 with 7.00 +UP!!! They paid me to take the products! Love that! The cashier took my 10.00 coupon and gave me overage from the hair color coupons, no questions asked! Good luck to everyone!

    • bargaingalboise

I got overage for the Fat Foam as well. I think it helps if you give them the $5 manufacturer coupon first, then the in-ad one. My cashier also let me use the $10 adperk Conair coupon with the 2 in 1 hot air brush styler that was on sale and producing the $7 up, though it did beep. He had to manually push it through. Maybe he was just being super nice because I’m 40 weeks pregnant and probably look like I shouldn’t be messed with. I’m in Boise, Idaho.

  24. Julie Wood

The coupon for $10 dollars off Conair Styler did not work! Rite aid does not even sell that item in Washington State!

  25. alexandra

Went to Rite Aid today and the Conair Styler stays at $60.99 in NYC.

Went to Rite Aid today and the Conair styler stays at $60.99 (in NYC)

  27. Sara

Collin, thank you as always for your great deals and matchups. You have the best scenarios around. I have always trusted your information, and have been using your blog for 3 years now.

However, I am really upset that you posted this deal for the Conair spin styler. The item that you are referring to that is marked 16.99 is a round brush hairdryer. It is NOT a spin dryer. I checked and rechecked the item and package and it clearly is not a spin dryer–nothing “spins” it’s just a round dryer. I was going to ask the cashier to try the coupon on it, but even after studying the package it was really clear that this was not a correct use of the coupon. The only Conair “Spin Dryer” that is sold at RA is the 60.XX item, and that is the item the coupon is intended for.

This is why stores like Rite Aid are cracking down and tightening up on their coupon policies, and this is why it is getting harder and harder for ethical couponers to get the deals we were once able to.

    • amanda

Very well put! I think this coupon that was posted as matching up is going to be abused..

    • Robin

The brush head sure does appear to be “spinning” in the picture… and regardless, I’ve seen plenty of deals blogged about and posted and abused that have not been posted here, which I love, when the deals are unethical (like the Oral-B spin brushes). This is an honest mistake. The ad states that Conair hair tools are $16.99, turns out it excludes this specific brush. I can almost guarantee that Collin isn’t posting a deal that encourages cheating the system or using a stretch of the imagination with the coupon wording.

      • Ruby

The spin dryer is not included in the sale. Of course it is an honest mistake, but important to let people know…

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Hi Sara!

I am so sorry for the confusion regarding this deal. I was informed by a few Southern California readers that the dryer depicted in the Video Values video was indeed on sale this week for $16.99 and generating the $7 +Up Reward. Clearly, I was misinformed and have since removed the deal scenario.

Week by week, I work tirelessly to provide very detailed drugstore match-ups and unfortunately, there are times when I do make errors. However, my intent is always the same: to provide the best and most accurate match-ups around.

      • Sara

It’s okay, Colllin! I understand all the deals and blog chatter make it easy for deals like this to spread. I still love you!

      • Kirsten Gorski (@lots2save)

Collin, you are the best at match ups and with all the match ups that you do mistakes happen. It’s unfortunate that someone might be upset at all your hard work even if a simple mistake happened . Thanks for all your hard work. I’m sure it takes hours and hours to do the match ups. I appreciate your hard work.

      • Ruby

Thank you Colin for your hard work!

    • Melissa

I don’t think it’s fair to say you are very upset with Collin for posting this. You are not the one spending hours and hours trying to match coupons to items. We’ve all made mistakes with knowing the correct item to match with a coupon and Collin made an honest mistake here. Don’t judge her, unless you’ve never made a mistake in your life??

      • Amanda

Seriously. If this makes her “really upset” I’d hate to see what a true tragedy does…

    • Sue

Sara, take your own valuable time and figure out your OWN coupon match UPS and no doubt they will be flawless…….not.

  28. Ruby

Conair VV coupon did not work on that item. After I closer look, I agree that it is not meant for the item because it does not actually “spin”

  29. Robin

Nair Hair remover bikini creme is free this week! $4.99 plus 50% off – there’s a $3/2 IP, making this $2 for 2 plus you get a $2 +UP.

    • Robin

      Wait a minute… lol

      • Robin

That was a confusing moment. Nair is not actually BOGO 50%off as you have listed here, it is in fact 50% off, making this free 🙂

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Robin! I just made the correction above.

  30. Christa

The pre-load +up program is going nationwide?? Nooooo!!!!

    • Sue

      That’s what I say….NOOOOOO

  31. Becky

Has anyone tried to purchase more than one of the Sammy fat foam haircolor at a time? I was just wondering if they will let you get more than one.

    • Brenda

      Becky,
You can try, but most stores will only let you use 1 in-ad coupon per transaction (it states that on the coupon, too).

    • Kirsten Gorski (@lots2save)

Becky, my Rite Aid’s will let me buy more than one if I cut out more than one coupon from the ad.

  32. Misty

Does anyone know if the buy $25 gift card and get $5 +Up reward is for all $25 gift cards or ONLY the ones in the ad photo?

  33. toni

i have a rite aid right down the street from me and i never go cause they are not coupon friendly! i went again tonight to see if they had changed. nope! different cashier but still the same bad attitude! when i gave her my coupons she pulled every single thing out of the bag to match up the coupon. it was embarrassing! all she had to do was scan the coupon to see if it matched! nope! dont care what they have will be shopping at cvs!

    • H

Unfortunately some coupons will scan regardless if the items actually matches, the employee was only doing their job. Coupon fraud is becoming a big deal within the company and many have been fired over it. So I hope that you take it with a grain of salt and continue shopping there!

  34. couponladyiam

Thanks to Hip2save, I was able to got about $40 items for free at Rite Aid this week including yummy two of Thrifty icreams. If you like to check the detail you can visit my blog. https://couponladyiam.blogspot.com/
Thank you, Colin for all your work!!!!

    • milly

Your blog’s in Korean.. and the font is too small =(

  35. Amanda Quintana

My up rewards already automatically load to my card and don’t print. Do all up rewards last Terri weeks? I bought the arm and hammer and start free deals last week, when do those rewards expire?

    • H

All up rewards loaded to the card expire within 14 days of activation (so the day after you purchased the item that gave you the up reward, 14 days from that day)

  36. Andria

Thanks Hip2save for sharing these deals. I am starting a new blog where I’m planning to put some tips about how to get Coupons… check it out Coupons For Causes
