Good question! I was going to have my hubby sign up too to buy something for his son (separate bank account/debit card and a different email address) so I could get another credit to use for our daughter. Maybe I’ll hold off.
This happened to me as well. I changed the address on my hubby’s account and I emailed them telling them that I did so and that I did not know prior to opening a second account that it was only one per household. I am hoping they will still allow it to go through since the address has changed?! Any one else know? They seem EXTREMELY slow to respond.

I was flagged and I’ve NEVER, ever had an account with ThredUp. I’ve sent e-mails to them asking why and have yet to receive a response.
I just got an email from them saying my account was flagged. I had opened account with my hubby’s info too. I bet we wont get our orders.

Hey Guys, I was the original poster of the comment about my account being flagged. The day after I placed the order they sent me an email stating that it is only ONE per household ( I didnt see this on their website but apparently it’s in their small print somewhere) They said only my first order would go through and the second one would be cancelled. I checked my account later and sure enough they had cancelled the second one. Hope this helps!
