   I couldn’t get the submit button to work until I entered the state in lower case! It worked right away! thanks for the suggestion!

   I got an email confirmation for my original (yahoo) submission after 10pm last night – SEVERAL hours after submitting. My alternate email had worked instantly, though. I hope they don’t think I’m trying to cheat. 🙁
