Maybe it’s just the Krogers in my area, but I wouldn’t be able to take advantage of this deal because they are strict with their IP coupons, per their policy;
We will usually not accept coupons for more than about 75% of a product’s value. For example, a $2 off coupon will be acceptable for a product that normally sells for $5 or more, but a $2 off printable coupon for a product that sells for $2.25 is unlikely to be legitimate. If there are exceptions, we are usually provided advance notice by the manufacturer.

My kroger has never given me any issue with using IP coupons as long as they aren’t greater than the product price. When that happens they usually just adjust it down or if its a good enough deal i’ll just buy another of the same product then the coupon goes through with no problem.
same here jessica, I have never had a problem with kroger. You can get such great deals there. Colin, would you ever start do weekly match ups to kroger?
My Kroger in Richmond Va metro area has this policy but I have found that it depends on the cashier. Kroger has been very inconsistent in their application of their policy. I will give it a try since I know it is a legitimate coupon. The regular price is 2.99 so the coupon is only around 33% off anyway so should work even with stated policy. Good Luck
