Mine came in the mail 🙂 Which is kind of strange because I have ordered from there in the past and I get their emails.

I actually got one of these in mail a few days ago! I used it on the 6 cookie samplers that were posted a few weeks ago. It said I could only order 1 of each set – one with a pumpkin cookie, one without – so I sent one to me and one to my mom. Perfect with no shipping! I ordered on the 11th – not sure how long the 6 pack is available for, but worth a shot!

    • Amanda

I just got one of these in the mail today and kind of assumed it wouldn’t work on “special deals” so thank you so much for the heads up – I was able to get 2 samplers completely free too! 🙂

      • Susie

        Me too! Thank you, Bethany!

    • Alea

I get catalogs NONSTOP from them – probably one every two weeks. Unfortunately, I never get the bonus coupons or emails though. 🙁

      • N

That is funny. I cannot get one sent to me. No clue why. Their buttercream is SO good!

If anyone has an extra code I would love it. I am trying to get a few things together for my fiancee’s 14yo Goddaughter who was just Dx. with Autoimmune Encephalitis. The issues she is having have been so scary and they are not sure that they are going to be able to reverse the effects, and the treatments are going to be tremendous. I am trying to get her together a box of things just to give her a smile…but cookies would be a great surprise too.

Go to this page https://www.cheryls.com/special-offers/free-shipping. category.3200000067.3200000065 and scroll down until you see a green square on the left. It said “sign up for email and get $5 free.” I did it and hoping to receive $5 🙂

  15. Eve

So the 5 off for joining the email you can’t use on the cards or samplers?

  16. Janet

They mailed me a 15.00 one a couple weeks or so ago and I have already used it on three cookie cards and received them. Got two Halloween ones and one Football one. The only time I ordered from Cheryl’s was a year ago when I sent my nephew a Halloween cookie card. Glad I was on the list to get the mailing. Can’t beat free plus free shipping!

  17. Renee

We have a Cheryl’s in one of our malls and since they don’t let the stores bake the cookies on site anymore but have all the cookies baked and prepackaged in Columbus, I don’t think they taste as good.JMO

I also received the $15 savings pass via snail mail and ordered (3) of the $5 cookies. I saw one poster mention that she didn’t need to enter a credit card – maybe she had one on file and didn’t even realize it. I did have to put in my credit card number. It was strange, because I kept getting a “system error” message. It showed that I had a 0 balance but wouldn’t process the order. Once I put my credit card number in, everything went through. Very sweet deal! I got little treat for my son’s preschool teachers.

Someone on another site gave me their savings pass of $15, so I just ordered the Halloween sampler and the Anniversary Card as my 24th Anniversary is the end of this month. Thanks everyone for sharing what they got and Collin for posting to remind me.

  20. CourtneyAmanda

I am wondering if anyone has tasted these cookies? Are they worth the $3 per cookie they charge?

    • Alexis

the buttercream iced cookies are veryyy good..actually addicting (:

  21. Janell

I received the $10 off code, which I then combined with a $10 savings card I got from the Free Sampler pack Collin posted about a month ago. I was able to send my sister in law a $30 Birthday Sampler Pack to her door for $10! Awesome!

  22. Angie

I recently ordered from Cheryl’s cookies and I must say, I was very disappointed. I expected a much better cookie. It seems everyone raves about them but they seem pretty average to me, definitely not worth $3 a cookie, or even $1 a cookie. Not only that, but the frosting completely overwhelms the cookie and the cookie is more like a cake consistency, very fluffy and it crumbles apart very easily. The cookies are also on the small side compared to how big they look in the pictures on the Internet.
I think Loft House cookies, sold at Walmart and other places, is of comparable, if not better, flavor and quality. Plus, it’s 12 cookies for around $3 (the cost of ONE Cheryl’s cookie!), just $0.25 each. Sometimes there are coupons that make them even cheaper. The cookie to frosting ratio is perfect, and they taste fresh each time I buy them.
I have only received my first Cheryl’s shipment and will be receiving the remaining 3 on Monday, but I do not even want them. I wonder if they will take them back and refund me? On the other hand, my brother said the ‘Chocolate-chocolate-chip’ cookie was very good. He said it tasted almost as if it had coffee in it. (He loves Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino iced coffee so I imagine that it’s probably what the cookie seemed to taste like to him.) He also told me he was impressed with their size because he expected little quarter-sized cookies since most Internet-based pastry companies are a ‘jip’.
