I ordered from BuyCostumes.com for the first time last week. I ordered five things,paid with my debit and used my shoprunner account I’ve had forever. They processed the order,emailed a confirmation and debited the money the within 24 hrs. 3 days later they emailed me and it simply said sorry,your entire order was cancelled. We will refund your money to your card within a week. I was very dissappointed with the horrible service and will never use them again. No explanation at all and I have to wait up to a week to get a refund! Just a warning to new shoppers out there. I will check out the Petsmart sale 🙂
