I am a member but every month tells me i’m not elgible… is this a specific reason why?
The same thing happens to me. I have no idea why.
I get it every time-hubbs never does.
Recently we got the brownie mix and au gratin potatoes.

The fine print at the bottom says that it is only open to pre-selected, eligible members who have received the email. I can never EVER make it work for me… even if I log into my Pillsbury account first and try from there. I guess we aren’t the lucky pre-selected few!
try a different e-mail address! said that to me.. and I tried another one and I finally got it. It’s looking to match your information to it’s records.. maybe you have a different home address or email or something?
I had the same problem the first time I tried. Did you make sure you were logged in first and that the e-mail address you are using is the one you signed up with? I had both of those problems, and after I fixed it, then it let me get it.
I contacted them for an explanation..I have been a member for years..get all the newsletters, and used to be able to get the member promotions..but not in the last two years..nothing..I even tried signing up all over again last year in case they lost my information….still always same message and asking me to “join”..

make sure your email & home address are up to date. My sister kept getting the not eligible, so she logged in and come to find out she still had her old address on file.
