    why would I buy 3 ? can I just buy 2?

    • Monica

Up rewards are $5 when you buy $10 so it takes 3 to get to $20 to get 2 of the $5 ups

    • mommamanzer

i think you get one $5 UP for each $10 you spend hence the $21 purchase

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You could definitely buy just 2 which makes them $4.79 each after the $5 +Up Reward. I was just suggesting to purchase a total of 3 as they ended up only being $3.96 each. Either way, it still seems like a good deal!

Check also as there were manufacturers coupons for $1 each on several of the bath salts. Rite aid also had some very nice Eco tools bath sponges for 249. I’ve never been able to use as my wal mart doesn’t carry them. They were 149 but are very nice and big. The color matched the bath salts too so I’m thinking perfect for a gift basket.

    • Theresa

To get to the $20 minimum (two $10 +up offers) you need to buy 3.
If you buy 2, you will end up paying $4.79 each, or $9.58 total. Might as well pay the extra $2.29 for another one!

    • Jamie

I was wondering the same thing, glad I read the comments 🙂

Love Right Aid. We get to shop there when we are in Florida. Missouri has none. BOO HOO! In a few years we will be living in Florida God willing.

  7. Ann

Got a big Dora doll pillow for 9.99 and a big nutcracker for 7.49!!!

  8. Carol_R

    Thanks Collin.

  9. Erica

My Rite Aid also had the Almay intense i-color mascara and a few of the eye shadows on the same 75% off clearance. Make sure you ask about it if they aren’t marked. I went to three stores (I really needed mascara) and one of the three didn’t have them marked but sure enough, they rang up at the clearance price under $2. I was pretty excited 🙂

I JUST got back from rite aid, so I missed just about everything in this post lol BUT i did find quite a few clerance goodies such as 4 different revlon nail polishes were 75% off and a few other revlon products (some concealer, foundation and one lipstick) and the almay liners were 75% off and one of the shadow trios was down 75% (so it was $1.94) and one of almays powders were also 75% off. Happy shopping!

If you have the Silver or Gold Discount, these pens will be $0.59 or $0.19.

    • Lissah

Thanks Liz. Walked back in and grabbed a pen as I was still at the store!

  12. Kimberly

      Pears soap Monthly 12/5 – 12/29/12

  14. Lissah

Thank you!!!! Just scored all of the above at my rite aid. There was also a 1.00 manuf coupon on the bath salts so it took another 3.00 off!!!!

  15. nishi

scored the soap and eyeliner- our store did not have the clearance tag on the eyeliner, so i asked the cashier to scan it and sure enough $1.87 🙂 thanks collin!!
i have 6 sisters and for christmas i am doing a coupon goody bag – so thanks for these awesome deals!! 🙂

  16. Sarah

I have a quick question about +UPs and am hoping some of you experienced savers can help me! I know that +UPs must be used in one transaction. Is this referring to the points from one deal, or from any and all points you accrue from one visit? In other words, I have 14 points from my last visit–10 were from one deal, and the other four were from a different deal. Do I have to use all 14 points in my next visit, or do I just have to use the 10 at once, since they were from one reward? Does this make any sense?! 🙂

    • Geena O

it does make sense, Sarah….I ve wondered the same, hope somebody here knows the answer…! 🙂

    • Jamie

In your example you have a 10up reward and a 4up reward. If you only spent 3.99 before tax you would not be able to use either reward because your out of pocket must equal or exceed the Up dollar amount. If your purchase was 4 dollars or more you could use the 4up reward. The same would be true for using the 10up reward. If your purchase total was more than 14 dollars a you could use both rewards.
I try to first use rewards that are going to expire first, or the largest reward first. Nothing like having a 15up rewards that is about to expire and no great deals in sight! Hope this helps : D

the Pears soap was only .29 after ups and it does NOT smell like pears. it is just the name of the brand. haha, i had the cashier ask me that ?, so i thought i would throw that in there. I didn’t like the smell of the soap, so i put it in my boys bathroom and my husband asked me for a different soap because he didn’t like the smell either. He usually doesn’t care but this time he did.

  18. heather

so for the eye liner it says a limit of 6. i would only get 4 i can summit for 4 rebates?

  19. Jamie

I just scored the bath salts. Plus there was a 1$ off coupon attached to one of them, so I saved even more. We buy one of these for my mom each time she visits so she doesn’t have to bring hers along, so now I’m prepared for her next few visits and it was a deal! thanks for posting about it! and I’m sure my mom would also say thanks 😉
