I don’t mean to sound dumb and I’m certainly not trying to offend anyone, but what’s the point of eating gluten free? What are the health benefits? Thanks!

My oldest son and I have to because we have celiac disease. If we eat gluten our body attacks our small intestine, and we don’t absorb any nutrients from the food we eat. Celiac disease runs in our family unfortunately! It’s a very hard diet to stick to, and I can’t imagine why anyone would want to eat gluten free unless they react to gluten – I was diagnosed in 2006 and am still craving a really good donut, Ritz crackers, real fried chicken… like I said it’s a hard diet to keep to. However – we both get very sick if we even get a crumb of gluten, so we stick to the diet religiously!

We put my son on a gluten free diet trying to figure out if he was gluten intolerant. Turns out that wasnt the problem we stocked up the past 4 years .I have some extra boxes of mixes if you want them. Ive been looking for someone who needed them. You dont have to pay anything . If your interested send me your address and ill get them in the mail 🙂 You can email me at monicabuys247@yahoo.com

I know many breastfeeding mothers whose infants were gluten intolerant (they usually grow out of it) and went on a gluten free diet for a time. It is also very beneficial for those with autism spectrum disorders (and I believe those with ADD/ADHD) to be on a gluten free diet.

Some people require a gluten free diet due to Celiac disease or being gluten-intolerant. Other people prefer to eat gluten-free or even completely grain-free (Paleo) because it makes them feel better. Personally, I found out last year that I have celiac disease and since going gluten free I feel so much better. My symptoms were all over the place and I’d had them for as long as I can remember (migraines, fatigue, etc.) and going gluten free improved things instantly for me (and I was 4 months pregnant and my morning sickness disappeared within 2 weeks). Anyway – I saw monumental changes but I have celiac disease so it’s hard for me to say how much better a typical person would feel going gluten-free. BTW – many gluten-free products have higher calories than the gluten-containing item. You can be gluten-free and still not be eating healthy. The best diet is free of processed foods altogether, gluten-free or not. Hope this helps! Many people are gluten intolerant or even have Celiac disease and are asymptomatic.

I just placed an order and got a referral e-mail. It says receive $10 off next purchase and your friends can receive 35% off their first purchase through this link: https://katzglutenfree.refr.cc/4QZM5WS

I wonder if everyone receives one for placing an order. Extra 35% off would be nice if it stacks.

  9. Alecia

Can I use it towards shipping if I don’t live in NY?

  10. Sandi

Does anyone know if you can stack coupons. wanted to use this voucher and also try their Sample pack which there is a code to get free. My daughter has celiac and im sure she would enjoy?

I stacked them when I placed my order last week & it worked. I got the sample pack & used my voucher at the same time!
