    Thanks Collin!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re most welcome! 🙂

  2. Robin

The huggies diaper coupon seems to be out of prints. Anyone else finding this?

    • Carol Barnett

Robin, it only allows 2 prints per person but coupons.com has $2/1 Pampers it what I ma going to use as my 3rd coupon

    • Mere

      I can’t print them either

    • Kimberly

      I just printed mine.

    • Stephanie

They’re not out of prints, but if you have already printed the coupon, it has not reset so you will be unable to print more.

      • Tracy

I was just able to print each huggies coupon 4 times. I usually can only print twice from my computer. I will gladly use them with 2 in diapers though=)

  3. Mere

Thanks for all your work Collin!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      🙂

  4. Taraneh

I know this isn’t related to this CVS post but if anyone is looking to buy a COACH gift for someone or themselves, I can email you my referral link. It is for COACH factory online and right now they are having 30% off there sale price PLUS 10% on top of that. They are also going to have 100s of gifts under $100 tomorrow.

    • Hillory

Taraneh….I would LOVE the link!! What a great gift idea. would u please send it to me? coupons4hill@yahoo.com thanks so much 🙂

      • Taraneh

        Just sent it Hillory! Enjoy!

    • pinky

Can you also send me the refferal link to (coupons.targeted@gmail.com) …are there any coupon codes to apply during checkout to 30 % +10 % discount …

      • Taraneh

Kristin & Pinky, sent the links, enjoy!
And no specific coupon codes, they’re all automatically added. The prices will have a price in red below them which reflects the 30% off and then once they’re in the cart I believe at checkout is when the extra 10% is automatically also added!

        • pinky

Taraneh, i haven’t received any link yet. if you don’t mind sending me again to coupons.targeted@gmail.com
          Thanks a lot..

          • Taraneh

Pinky, I think they might be sent out tomorrow before the sale starts. I sent an invite to my sisters email to see if it was working and she said she didn’t get the invite link yet, but hopefully it should be coming soon!

            • Taraneh

Actually I just wanted to put it out there that another Hipster had said this which I didn’t know about….”I invited some friends for that event and they never received their invites from me so I decided to call Coach and asked why. They told me that those who you invite will only be able to make an account for future purchases because Coach randomly picks who gets to shop during those events. So the people that I invited wouldn’t be able to shop the events that Coach invited me to unless I let them use my account. Confusing!”

    • Nicole

Please email to me as well drmoskmd@aol.com…and Ty sooo much!

      • Taraneh

Nicole & Patricia, I added both your emails and hopefully the emails will come soon! enjoy!!

    • aahawki@yahoo.com

send it to me please! Thanks! aahawki@yahoo.c om

      • Taraneh

MacKenzie & aahawki I sent both of you the invites (I entered your emails onto my invite list through the website). What I’ve heard from another Hipster however is that Coach randomly picks people from these referral lists to send invites to so you may not get your invite right away however Coach does have your emails now and you will hopefully be getting those invites soon! 🙂

    • Grace

Taraneh – I would also love the link. please send it to pg5oconnor@yahoo.com

      Thanks.

        • Taraneh

Luann, Carrie, Grace, Laura looks like someone else took ur emails & went ahead and decided to invite you guys so hopefully u guys get those soon!

  5. Linda

I found some mfc coupons at my local Winn Dixie in South GA for $1.75 Clear men shampoo near the shampoo aisle. I’m willing to trade them if anyone is interested. 🙂

    • Allison

There is a $2/1 Clear hair care product coupon at Red Plum.

      • mel

but it prints with Dollar General logo and per cvs online policy, the do not accept coupons with other store logos 🙁

  6. Amy

What about the $10 Gillette coupon?

  7. megs

  8. Molly

    Thank you! 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome! 😀

  9. Mitch

That Planters deal looks great. I wish I had the Pot of Gold coupons too, but I never saw those.
And I still have my extra $30 gift card left form the 20% bonus when you buy yourself a gift card.
AND NOTE! The gift card with 20% bonus does work on prescriptions!
    http://www.gaynycdad.com

    • Maureen

My CVS had a tear pad for $1 off Pot of Gold a few days ago when I shopped. It was right on the shelf with the boxes.

  10. Robin

I haven’t shopped at CVS in a while but have $10 ECB that expires today; does anybody know if they still accept expired ones? I just don’t have the energy to drive over there right now if they’ll take them tomorrow…

    • mel

Try calling the store, as it really depends! The closest store I shop will take them for up to 5 days past exp, but another store that I shop sometimes does not.

    • Stephanie

I was told that if you call CVS customer service, they will reissue you a ECB that is not expired.

  11. Meredith

Is the Clear deal just for Mens or any Clear product? I was just at CVS a few days ago and bought 4 packs of Huggies and Clear shampoo and conditioner! I only ended up spending $20 with all of my coupons and EB but still. I would have saved another $3 and gotten $10 EB!

    • Heather B

The ad just says clear and the picture shows the women’s, so I assume it is for both. HTH 🙂

    • Stephanie

Return them and get in on this week’s deal! I’m sure the cashier will understand.

    • Steph

My store had both men and women clear products marked but for the men there was no conditioner so I suppose if you wanted the mens shampoo you would need to get a womens conditioner for free if your store is the same.

  12. Jen C

Thank you! I always look forward to the CVS deals each week 🙂

  13. Stephanie

The Hershey’s candies are $0.99 per bag this week if you have a 25% off CVS coupon (I got one at the bottom of my receipt yesterday that expires 12/17. This is my scenario:

    12 bags of Hershey’s chocolates (small bags) @ $3.99 ea. = $47.88
    – $15.96 (4 free bags)
    – $7.98 (25% of 31.92)
    – 6 $2/2 Hershey’s MF coupons
    = $11.94 + tax

$0.99 each! Great deal! You will need at least 3 computers so you can print 6 of the coupons. If you are only able to obtain 2 coupons your scenario will look like this:

    3 bags of Hershey’s chocolates (small bags) @ 3.99 ea. = $11.97
    – $3.99 (1 free bag)
    – $1.99 (25% off $7.98)
    – 1 $2/2 Hershey’s MF coupon
    = $3.99 + tax

$1.33 each, which is still good considering these are more than $2.50 each at Walmart and $2.78 at my Target. Good luck fellow Hip2Savers! I wish I had more computers and that I hadn’t ‘wasted’ my other coupons last week so I could use them this week lol!

    • mel

Just an fyi, but the % off does not work on sale items such as that bogo deal, only on reg oriced shelf tag items.

      • Stephanie

The % will work with the two regular-priced items, but not the free item, and that is how I calculated it. At least, that is how my CVS does it. Like when the aveeno lotion was buy one get one 50% off, the original price was $13.99, the other was 7.00 and my % off coupon took off $3.50 (25% off of the regular priced $13.99 item). Hope this makes sense!

        • Jay

Despite how unaware cashiers are about % off, they won’t work if items ring up as “sale” in the right margin of the receipt. That’s the only way to know if items will be eligible for the % off.

        • mel

IDK, its never worked like that for me whenever I’ve bought a bogo/F or b2g1/F as those are considered promotional sales. The % off has always reflected the items on the bottom of my receipt that are reg price only (there is a space between sale/promo & reg price). Like last wk, I bought 6 3Muskateers, even though 3 rang up at reg price and 3 at .25, my % off was only deducted on the travel clear care and vita fusion gummy vitamins.

  14. Carol

I have $29 ECB that I must use this week. I want to start rolling them so all I do is pay very little OOP from now on for as long as I can keep it going. Any suggestions on the best way to spend $29 and leave the store with around that same amount? I could do the razor deal but I really don’t need any razors, is that going to be my best deal??? Any help would be appreciated.

    • irene

Carol, rolling ecbs can mean buying things you don’t need/use. If you can work a deal with razors, donate them and everyone wins! Check out the monthly deals at iheartcvs for more possibilities.

      • Carol

Irene, You’re right , they are Free and next time I might be able to get something I personally need. I can either use the ECB now and get SOMEthing or lose them and have nothing!

    • Stephanie

      Receive $16 ECB

      Total OOP: $4.15
      ECB: $26

      HTH!

      • Stephanie

Oh, and if you have a % off coupon, use it on Transaction 2 to make it a better deal (will deduct $6.15 if 20% off and $7.69 if 25% off)

        • mel

The % off will be recalculated after using the $4/20 since it is a store coupon.

          • Stephanie

Thanks for the tip! I actually was not aware of that. I did wonder about minor differences in price….lol
It was never enough for me to fight for though.

      • Jay

Your oop would be $7.15 since you used more ecb than you got back (t1:$2.27, t2:$4.88). Still a decent deal though & you have $16 ecb for next time.

        • Stephanie

No, she will have $26 ECB for next time, but you are right that I should have calculated the unrecovered ECBs. 29-12+10-17+16= $26 remaining

      • Carol

Thank you Stephanie! I like these scenarios you thought of. . Where do I find a $4/$20 coupon, the coupon machine? I’m new at figuring out all these things. I went thru every one of the ECB deals and couldn’t figure anything out. If I could get my hands on the $4/$20 I’d have it made! This is really fun and addicting!!!!

        • mel

I got my $4/20 in an email, for being a beauty club member last Monday. Search your email for CVS to see if you got on or a % off.

          • Carul

Wow, thank you so much! I had that in my e-mail and missed it somehow. I appreciate everyone’s help. I’m learning, so maybe next week I will know what to look for. Thank you!

            • Carol

One more question, when you say Trans #1 and Trans #2, these 2 scenarios can all be in one register transaction, right? Asking because one of my ECB is $16.99. I’m finding all the coupons that I need, thanks again!

            • Carol

Never mind, I just answered my own question. They have to be separate transactions because of the $4/$20, right? I don’t have 2 of those $4/$20 Coupons, but I have a $5/$25 so maybe I can make that one work! Thank you

        • Vic

Actually you can use 2-$4.00/20 in one transaction, as long you meet the $40.00. It does say it their updated policy!

          • Carol

Okay, just got back from CVS. The razor deal worked like a charm, our prices were a little higher, but still a good deal. The Eurcerin deal did NOT work. That was a total waste of time. All we have in our store is a little 2 page ad, not the 20-30 something page ad that is online so they refused to honor the online ad. They said they could only go by the 2 page ad they have in their store. After waiting on a manager to see if he would do it and then finally getting a refund, I spent probably an hour this morning looking for the coupons and another 45 minutes waiting and then finally getting the refund. So beware if you go in your store and they only have the 2 page ad.

        • Stephanie

give me your email and i will send you a $4/20

          • Nicole

Not sure how many you have, but I would love to get a $4/$20 coupon too. Thanks so much for offering! Please send to ohsocalnicole@yahoo.com.

          • sharon

            Hi Stephanie,

Can you please send me one as well. I desperately need one.

        • Stephanie

          You’re welcome Carol!

          • Maria

Can I have one too? It would really help me buying formula for my daughter. Thanks! Mcstorrado2@yahoo.com

  15. amy

Does anyone know if the physicians formula ECB deal works on the makeup that is marked down?

    • amanda

      it says excludes clearance items.

  16. Shayla

what a great week at CVS. Between the Gillette deal, the diaper deal (which by the way, have been telling everyone to keep an eye on these), the Hallmark/Christmas deals, plus been getting $10 off $50 purchase, it’s going to be fun coming up with deals. Not to mention the Hershey candy and gum it’s going to be a very Merry Christmas!!!

    • allison

I have a $10 ecb that expires on the 17th from the same huggies deal they recently had. Am I allowed to use my ecb to do another transaction and get back another $10 ecb? sorry if that’s confusing!

      • mel

        absolutely! CVS isn’t like Wags/RRs!

  17. Lena

    Thank You Collin!

  18. Jen

Does anyone have an opinion on which store does better same day photo prints (regular and enlargements) out of CVS, Rite Aid, or Walgreens?

    • Jen M

I don’t know if the quality varies between all the CVS’s, Walgreens, etc but I personally prefer my local Walgreens hands down over my local CVS. The CVS prints tend to come out dark. This may be just my own CVS. Also, CVS adds a surcharge for small orders. I don’t think Walgreens does. Plus Walgreens has had a lot of good freebies such as 8×10 prints which I have taken advantage of.

      • amber

The prints that I have gotten have been better at Walgreens.

      • Melissa

I have never gotten good prints at CVS. I prefer Walgreens. However, I do find that some of the Walgreens photo departments do better than others.

    • Erin D.

My CVS had a deal once on photos with ECB’s and I was able to save major $$$. The cashiers reminded me to break each set of prints into small quantities and then roll my ECBs to the next purchase. We did 7 transactions and I saved so much money!!!! I had about 200 prints total. The quality is great, too. I like CVS better because you can roll your ECBs onto the same transaction, which you can’t do a Walgreens. Also the CVS ECB’s have a longer expiration date so I don’t lose $ like at Walgreens.

    • angela

I haven’t tried Rite Aid because I don’t live near one but have used Walgreens and CVS. I mainly use Walgreens because their uploading system on the website is much easier and faster than CVS. I think CVS limits the numbers of photos you can upload at a time which is a huge pain. I almost always upload at home and order prints to pick up in the store. Have only used the kiosk in the store a few times so can’t really speak to that.

  19. Glenn

Anyone else having a problem getting the 75 C coupon from colgate? I went there last night and it said sorry for the inconvenience, check back later. Today the same thing. Oh well I guess I’ll have to use my $1 off 2 instead

    • Pam

I printed the coupon off this morning with no problems.

  20. amber

What is Ibotta? I clicked on the link and signed in via FB, but nothing happens.

    • mel

its an Iphone app (I think Android is still in beta testing phase), that you use when you purchase selected products, you upload your receipt and get a credit.

      • Yvette

Ibotta is available for Android now. It wasn’t a few days ago

  21. Emily

Just a heads up that the magic coupon machine has been spitting out $5 off $25 worth of Holiday purchases which you could combine nicely with the spend $30 on Holiday get 10 ecb.

  22. Erin D.

There is also some great Covergirl coupons in ladie’s magazines this month. I can’t remember which ones but I think it was Real Simple and either Good Housekeeping or Woman’s Day. I got a $4 Off 2 Covergirl Eye products, and a $3 Off 2 Covergirl Products (any type) — both exclude trial size. This would make for a great deal with the CVS B1G150% Off sale this week. I have been waiting for this sale to stock up!!! they expire on 12/31/12. HTH! Merry Christmas to all!

    • Erin D.

PS: They are tear out coupons, the size of a postcard…not hard to find.

    • mel

If you wait until the week of 12/30, there is going to be a big pg ecb deal, cover girl will be bogo 50% off. Go to iheartcvs.com to see the ad!!

  23. Molly

I went last night and was told the ad was working already, so I bought my items but some if the EB printed some didn’t and they had to manually enter the sale prices, it took a long time to do all of it, and at the end I realized some of the clearance rang up regular price.

  24. Sarah

Collin, Just a suggestion on the Gillette items. When they have the promotion where you get Extrabucks, but the item is not “on sale”, you can use the % off coupon they email to you every week. I get their weekly emails and usually get either a 20 or 25% coupon and use that in conjunction with my manufacturer coupons to maximize my savings. As long as it isn’t on sale, it will deduct the % off. I have been getting great deals on the gillette razors every week with these coupons and the $10 coupon from a couple weeks ago. Just wanted to let everyone know that. So wait til midweek (when you get your % coupon emailed to you) to buy your items that aren’t on sale, but have extra bucks attached to the purchase.

    • Rebe

Not everyone get those coupons. I havent got one in at least 3 months! 🙁

  25. edy

Sarah, yes that’s true! I got a 25% off cvs cpns! And I used them last night with my manufct cpns. They all had a few only-because,and our sale activates until sunday! So, I bought all I could! Figure if I go sunday late they won’t have anything, there shelf was wiped off carthridges and venus razors and proglide razors. I couldn’t get to cvs all week my mother got a kidney transplant! So, I still got some things. Thanks to that 25% off. Also, the sunday paper parade magazine has razors cpns!

  26. susie

Does anyone know if they sell those huge whitman’s samplers at CVS? I am trying to find one, I am not sure if I got one here last year.

    • mar

Yes they have it at Cvs

      • susie

        thanks!

  27. Rachel

Today I went to CVS and bought a
    Jingle Interactive Buddy $24.99
    5.99 Christmas ornament
Use coupon 10 off 30 and returned 10 ECB

    may be all for $10.00

  28. genie

The Gillette razor deal worked twice for me today before receipt said limit reached.

  29. suri

i went into CVS today and was only able to use ONE coupon ($3 off) for the entire purchase-i couldnt use a coupon for each pack of diapers-so i ended up paying more out of pocket.
    Has anyone had this issue?
i couldnt get it for 3.67 each!!!
Buy 3 Huggies jumbo pack diapers 2/$20
    Total = $30
Use 3 $3/1 Huggies diapers coupons found here (watch video)
    Pay as low as $21
    Get back $10 Ecb
    Final cost $3.67 each!

    • mel

I’d call cs and put in a complaint BC you are allowed to use 1 coupon per item you are purchasing. Its even in the online policy. I wouldnt have even completed the order, instead told the cashier no thanks and tried another store or later in the wk hopefully with a different cashier.

      • suri

i got the manager as my cashier !! so upsetting!!!

        • Stephanie

Yeah that’s definitely not right. Call CVS customer service and explain what happened and see if they offer you a reasonable resolution. If not, return the diapers and try at another CVS.

    • Kim B.

Yeah I just had the same problem and they told me that I photo copied all of them. I was so mad I didn’t even go through with the transaction. I hope to go to another one and do the deal. I need diapers for cheap and now…:(

      • mel

I had that happen once, so I showed the cashier the unique pin/verify code on each coupon. Told her I have better things to do with my time than photocopy a coupon that could be traced back to my computer and land me in jail and I did not appreciate being accused of such, that I would be calling CS. It was a mouthful, but I was steaming mad. Ever since then, no problems with IPs.

  30. Sue

Is it possible to use all these coupons together?
Make a purchase consisting of $30 worth of Holiday decor plus another $20 of various items = $50 purchase

Use $10 off of $50 CVS Receipt coupon
Use $5 off of $20 Holiday Decor CVS machine coupon
Spend $30 on select Holiday items = $10 ECB
Use 25% off non sale items (looks like the Holiday items are reg price)
Plus, any manufacturers and other CVS coupons

    • irene

I think the first two together would require a $70 purchase. You could purchase $50 and hand over $5/$20 last. If it beeps, no big loss.

      • mel

you must meet EACH coupon requirement, unless one of them says not to be combined, which I’m pretty sure the $10/50 says that on the bottom of the coupon, so you would not be able to use it with the $5/20.

  31. Sarah R

The CVS in Mobile, AL is not running the diaper deal. Sadness, sadness 🙁 🙁

  32. Jessica

I received a $3 off Razors, Blades, or Shave Cream/Gel from the coupon machine today. Does anyone know if I can use this on the Gilette deal?

    • Samantha

If there’s no specific brand listed, then yes, you can!

      • Jessica

        Awesome!! That’s what I thought!

  33. houseofcollums

Ok I’m going to whine for a minute!! Our CVS (which I absolutely love!) has only one of these deals listed and that the Clear shampoo deal. And to top it off they don’t carry the clear conditioner! Very disappointed. I spent some time working out my scenarios and matching stuff up for it all to go out the window because we have a single page flyer this week. I guess the bright aide is I got milk for $3.29 a gallon which is almost $2 less than everywhere else.

    Ok I’m done now 🙂

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I spent hours putting together my scenarios Saturday night and then Sunday morning and then gathering/hunting/printing coupons. I was very upset! I even got a refund on the Eurcerin I had purchased and no ECB printed, I was in there forever just trying to get my money back!!!! I spent $1.84 per can for the soup that was supposed to be $1.00, but it wasn’t at my store! I got the milk, too, ha. Wish there were some way we could be alerted when there will only be a 1 page ad at our store.

CVS runs test ads from time to time and the market changes. So I always go to CVS.com and check the upcoming weekly ad (which you can see on Thursday) & cross reference the ad with H2S to make sure the same deals are running.

    • mel

aww, you should have waited to use the coupon. Starting Sunday there is an ecb deal – $5 back wyb the Hydro Silk razor or refill. Lucky yours was off the razor though, both me & my sister’s coupon says off refills.

Whitman’s Sampler Assorted Chocolates are BOGO this week. They’re priced starting at $9.99 at my local CVS. The
Magic coupon machine is printing $3 off any 24 pc Whitman’s Sampler this week. I had 2 coupons and ended up paying $4.00 + tax for 2 boxes. It’s a great idea for any last minute Christmas gifts.

  41. Bridget

Does CVS still allow you to use a b1g1 and a $ off coupon? For the gilette deal i have b1g1 coupons and a $1 off 1 coupon… thanks.
