Just a warning…
I ordered the $12 Keens from this company the last time there was a post and they arrived with one insole too big making the shoe unable to be worn.
They do not have good customer service. They want me to pay to have the shoes shipped back to them. I told them I wanted the shoes, but with an insole that fit and they still have yet to respond! UGH! So, buyer beware.
I wish I would have read your post 1st. I was a little nervous about placing an order with this company. I’ve been waiting for the price of the Gatsy gray ankle boots to drop and today, they’re only $19.99 with 10% off.
I’ll just cross my fingers and hope for the best. On an added note, I received my order from Coldwater Creek. YUCK! The quality of the merchandise is terrible. I’ll never order from there again! The Pashmina’s from World Markets…… AMAZING!!!!
I ordered the Keen shoes as well, I actually ordered 3 pair and they were at my door in 2 days. I have ordered other items that were also delivered within 3 days and have had no problems so far.
I agree they deliver very quickly. I bought 2 pairs of Simple Shoes before when they were selling those off, and I was very happy with them. I just got my Keen shoes. I haven’t gotten to try them on yet, but they are pretty. Just a sidenote, I sold one of the pairs of Simple Shoes on Ebay for twice what I paid on 6pm.
