I’m confused…I just went today and spent 30 something at old navy. I did get my walk in points with shopkick. How do we get this $20 super cash?

  2. Samantha

At my Old Navy, they won’t issue Super Cash if you use a discount… Does that sound right? Also, how much do you have to spend to be able to use the Super Cash once it’s active?

  3. Nick

Is it worth it though? Most stores use these promos to make it sound like your getting a good deal. Old navy will probably have no sales going on the week when the “super cash” is valid. I have seen it a time and a time again.

    • Tammi

Last time I got super cash is was more like a 50% off coupon if you spend $20 – not anything like ‘Kohls cash’. Is it still like this?

  4. Ashley

I wish there was an online coupon code :/ I need to order something online.

  5. Dawn

Ok so I launched shopkick and took a look at the deal on old navy….it states “you can redeem $10 in super cash on every $25 eligible merchandise purchase between 1/31 and 2/6…..weird that it is redeemable not till last day of January….anyway it also states “limit one super cash coupon per transaction”. What it doesn’t tell me is how I actually get these coupons….are they handed out by the cashier? If so, my cashier today did not give me anything.

    • Ashley

Yes, they should be handed out by the cashier. The double super cash is only given out until the 24th, then regular super cash is given out until late january. That’s why its not redeemable until jan 31. I work for Old Navy. Take your receipt with you to the store and they should give you the appropriate super cash

      • Dawn

Thank you Ashley for the info….I will stop by tomorrow and ask for the super cash!

      • Tiffany

Okay, I’m confused. My husband received the$30 super cash coupon. Does he need to spend $75 more in order to use the super cash coupon?

  6. janel

I don’t get it. If you get the super cash how much do you have to spend to useit later?

  7. Sam

It’s not like kohls, you have to at least spend 40 to use the 20 supercash. I am not a huge old navy fan, they make cheap clothes and their prices do not reflect that.

  8. crossfirext17

    So really you are paying $25 for a $10 off a $25 coupon…

    • vikky

      yes

    • crossfirext17

      I should edit that… you are paying $25 for 2 $10 off $25 coupons haha… but still.

I was in there earlier today and spent $49.99 and I only got $20 in Super Cash. Don’t you think they would have given me the credit for the penny or at least told me that I needed to grab one little thing to get the other $20? I didn’t notice until I got home. Annoying!

  10. Rose

I have been in old navy several times. Their clothing is cheap and ugly. No quality. And this is no deal.

  11. Dee

Thanks for the info! Now I’m glad I ran out of time today, and didn’t make it there!

  12. Laura C

Another way of thinking about it, if you do this deal you are paying $55 oop for $75 worth of merchandise which is a 26.7% discount, plus you have to make at least 2 trips to the store.

  13. Conswalla

I can’t stand Old Navy. They choose the cheapest material to make their clothes and charge adsorbed prices for their name.

  14. teetee

Old navy is not on my good list this year! They have horrible customer return policies, not doing my business there.

    • Ashley

A 90 day return policy is horrible!? Most stores only give you 30.. And they can look up items you have purchased on a credit or debit card!

  15. Melissa

I spent a little over $60 today and she did not give me the super cash. My sister reminded me in the car so I went back in and then they gave it to me. I saw other people spending more than $50 and they were not giving out the super cash. The customer should not have to remind them to give them out.

I really like old navy. I use my old navy credit card for everything and they are always having promotions where you get double points. I have already received over $200 in rewards. I use the rewards in conjunction with the super cash or other coupons and usually pay very little out of pocket. I always pay off the card each month so I never pay interest so this is free money! Love it!

    • dorean

It’s always like that, I always have to remind them to give the supercash with exception to this evening’s purchase, the cashier automatically issued them to me 🙂

  16. dorean

i went down n bought some stuff, needed fleece clothing for the kiddos, i asked the cashiers to use the coupon code shopkick and none of them knew anything abt it and she tried to punch in the code n said it didn’t work.

Anyone havin trouble for the 15% off?

  17. rachael

I understand supercash, I have done it before, but what I don’t get is to redeem $20 in supercash I must spend $50? Does that sound right? If so this is not a great deal.

  18. Chia

I spent 80$ there today and used a 10$ off coupons and didn’t get the cash back. Am I still eligible to get the cash back if I used a coupon?

  19. Lorie Ossman

Total rip off. You spend the money to earn the double cash then to redeem you have to spend even more to get your full $40. I spent $50 dollars, earned $40, was told by cashier that I can use the $40 on any amount spent. Wrong….went today to redeem and told that I didn’t spend enough. Very deceptive and the company needs to make sure their associates know what they are talking about.

I have 60 dallors in super cash. can i just go in the store and purchase something with the 60 dallors or i have to buy something in order to use the super cash

    • kevin robertson

with regualar cash to make the coupon valid

  21. Artem

My supercash code is VBZC1K3JWF2X. Feel free to use it. I do not need it. It is 10$ supercash code I got during the last purchase. I am not going to buy anything, so somebody may try to use it and get 10$ off.
