What a great deal! I was just in Starbucks filling up my tumbler and asked them if it was on sale. They said no. So this is only available on line. I bought mine back in Dec. but I will let my friends know.

Do you know if you can do this thru the drive thru? (awesome deal, by the way)

    • Jenn

I did the drive-thru yesterday, just told them at the speaker that I want to fill my January mug, and told them what kind of coffee I wanted.

    • Carrie

      yes, you can

  3. Nora

Is it only this tumbler you can get the free coffee with? It seems pretty pricey.

    • Jessica

I think it is a good deal if you have the opportunity to use it almost every day. My sister in law used her more than 1x a day a few times.

  4. Evelyn

is showing up at 30 for me

  5. Cheryl

Showing up as $30 for me.

  6. Scent Paradise

What am I doing wrong? It still shows up as $30.00 even with promo code. 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I just updated the post with directions if you are not seeing the correct sale price.

      • Tracey

        It works.

  7. jenniferr17

    yes, $30 here too.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Just updated the post regarding this issue…

So you are better off buying the tumbler in the store at full retail and getting free coffee instantly rather than saving $12 and waiting six days for item to ship and arrive. Six days of coffee has a value of at least $15. I am assuming the online tumbler is available in store as well.

    • Jenny

I was thinking the same exact thing!

    • irene

Instant gratification! Plus, if your $5 Starbucks rebate has arrived, it could offset the cost.

  9. Natasha C

Looks like its 20 if you use IE but its 30 in FF and Chrome. Weird.

  10. Jillian

Do they do this every month?

    • Rachael

This tumbler/free coffee deal is only offered every January.

  11. Alice

seems pricey for an acrylic tumbler that’s not even bpa free?

    • Ana

Checked mine and it does say BPA free. It depends on your usage. I get coffee everyday – twice a day so for me it was worth it, if I use it every day for the month of January.

  12. Betty

    wish it was for latte’s…

  13. Katie B.

This deal is wonderful! I know it is a savings of $1.97 per fill at my Central IL Starbucks!

  14. Tracey

    It’s showing up $30 not $20.

  15. debern

Seriously? This is not bpa free?

    • Ana

Just checked the bottom of mine and it definitely says BPA free 🙂

    • jenniferr17

have the tumbler, and it says BPA free on the bottom.

  16. kara

Target has these on clearance for $21

    • jenniferr17

      in store, or online?

      • kara

        In store

  17. rhlkale

got mine at Fry’s in store Starbucks and it was 50% off so $15

  18. Nancy

what kind of coffee can you get for free?

    • Qpon Saving Mommas

That’s what i wanted to know too, Thanks.

    • Laura Wyatt

anything brewed, but I have them add vanilla or white mocha “in place of the sweetener” and milk. YUM! You can also ask for a venti cup of ice if you would rather have it iced!

  19. Ashley

too bad i don’t live a block away anymore or else this would be amazing!

Thanks for the info. Incidentally, does anyone know if there is a way to subscribe to follow-up comments on posts without leaving a comment?
