The rebate for the Band Aids and Neosporin has interesting wording. It says you will receive a check for the total purchases circled on the cash register receipt up to $10. The only part that mentions $5 is in the address.

Hello everyone-
Has anyone had any issues with using the $4/$20 purchase coupons lately? The last week and a half every time the cashier scans the coupon it says “coupon has already been redeemed” and it has not.
I had a similar problem with mine, but it said it wasn’t for that extra care card so the lady wouldn’t take it, but that particular lady always gives me issues about coupons so I drove down to the CVS I usually shop at and even though it told them the same thing she manually put it in for me.. something the other lady said couldn’t be done.
Actually I signed up my SIL a few weeks ago and she received the $4/$20 in her email. When she went to use it the cashier said is had already been used and wouldn’t accept it. This was her very FIRST coupon experience so she ended up paying extra.
I just got back and was able to use (2) of them on 2 separate transactions on different cards and 1 worked fine and the other did not…..this is so weird. I have never had a problem with this coupon not working….all of them have separate sku #s and everything. My CVS is changing managers and was not about to accept the coupon that didnt scan properly….looks like I might have to find a new CVS…so sad 🙁

I remember a looong time ago, when I first started couponing, a cashier & I got into a discussion about coupons and she said coupons are like a hand of poker, you have to know when to hold them and know when to show them. That has stuck with me, so I always hold onto my frees b/c you never know when a store might have a BOGO Free sale, netting you 2 free! Or a rewards deal where frees turn into moneymakers!

Restart your phone. This happens when you have the used the ibotta app with one login and you try to logoff and re-login with a different id. Restart your phone and then reload the app. If it still doesn’t go thru..click forget password and change it.

I just came from CVS and used the free 12 pack coupons. They take off $4.99 per coupon, and you do get the $10 card. I ended up buying 10-12 packs ( had 10 coupons) and it took off $49.99!!! So plan for the overage! I ended up going back in buying 3 more 12 packs for $10, used the $10 from the first $30 limit I hit and got another $10 ECB back for hitting the next $30 mark. Hope this all makes sense.
Forgot to say I ended up with 18- 12 packs which equals $60, that’s how I got 2-$10 ECB back. I bought all cokes to cover the overage. 15 in 1 transaction and 3 in the next ( used $10 from first to pay). Will have cokes for a while…lol.

When you buy any coke product, there are codes in them. In the bottles the codes are in the caps; in the 12 pack they are in the handle, and in the 24 pack they are in the center of the inside. You go to my coke rewards, enter each one (up to 120 points a week) and earn rewards!!! Very easy 😄

The Rebate form is also on the CVS website – address in the ad is CVS.com/neoessentialsrebate – I was able to get this in PDF without any problems.

I forgot! Thanks–I was feeling badly about getting $5.50. In the past, I used to get $1 or less. I thought I was spending more oop than usual! Not that I won’t use the EB, lol!

So, the higher your rewards means that you spent too much oop? I usually get like .50 -1.00, but his time I got 4.00, I thought it was because of the 4% rewards.
You also get $1 in EB for every two prescriptions you fill (excluding NY and NJ). So if you use cvs as your pharmacy and use your card when you pick up scripts, you earn them that way too.
I got a whole .50 cents.

Does anyone know if you have to purchase three different Topical Health Products for the $5 rebate? I printed the rebate out, but there are spaces for only one of each UPC per brand/product. I would like to do the scenario Collin posted, but don’t know if I would get credit for getting two Band-Aid products. Anyone know about this? Thanks!

I’ve read its not working for the travel size aveeno or the 2.5. I’ve also read that ecbs aren’t printing for the Roc facial cleansers either.
Just got back and the ROC ECB’s were not printing. Showed the cashier the ad and she printed them for me no problem.

Tamy, the avenoo limit is 6 times only! The deal ends 1/23/13 this week u can do avenno, nivea, curel,jergens, but, if u did ur limit last week the bucks won’t print! Last week veryone did the avenoo but, my cvs was wiped out so I did 4 curel 13onz and got 12 bucks and at end of receipt it says amount needed 4 and so, I plan on buying 8 more bottles nivea, or avenoo to complete my limit. So, if anyone did their limit last week! And buy some avenoo this week and the bucks don’t print please post this information thank u!
im curious is i can use the ecbs that i got from the aveeno deal last week on more aveeno? pr will the extra bucks not print this week because its the same product?

I bought the travel size and it didn’t print out the ecb, but I showed the ad to the cashier and she printed it out for me.. did the same deal at another cvs but that manager wouldn’t accept it so it really depends on your cashier. Last time this sort of thing happened I called customer service and was offered to get the ecb’s loaded to my card since the ad itself does not restrict sizes.
i was confused about the aveeno. this week was that same deal but signs said limit one but the real limit was 6 so i wonder if it was already started this week or if it will start over tomorrow. guess we will see because i only did it 5 times last week so i will try and see if my limit is reached or not….
I bought two of the 2.5 ounce aveeno and the register didn’t print a $6 ecb. The ad says any two for this week so the clerk manually printed the ecb for me.
I had the same problem except my store would not manually print the EB so I returned them. They had a sheet that was different from the main ad that they set there tags from and it had size limits on there. It wasn’t from last week either. She also said I was the 2nd person this morning that had the same problem. She told me that corporate has been strict on what they can override and she couldn’t override this deal. Not really that upset since I scored a great deal on the dial clearance lotion earlier this week.

ECBs cannot be used on gift cards or postage….believe me, it will beep (I had an issue with the cash card today, as the system was treating it as a giftcard and didn’t want to scan my coupon).

I bought an hp because the ink lasts a long time. They sell xtra large refills for them and they ship from the hp site for free. The more pricier the printer the cheaper the ink. I think target has one on sale for around $90. my printer even has a coupon.com app built in!
Amy if you don’t mind spending the extra few bucks and you print a lot I suggest a laser printer. I own the Brother HL-2240 and I love it. I print a ton of coupons and other stuff and I change my toner about once a year. HTH-Happy Shopping.

I’ve had an HP printer since I starting printing things in school. They last forever , print well and the ink is easy to buy and generics are easy to find to keep ink costs low. NEVER BUY AN EPSON

just an FYI, the Nivea doesnt work as 50% on the Shave gel. My store had the shave balm @ $7.79 and the shave gel @ $4.49. coupon stated $2.99 max. Not such a great deal 🙁 just wanted to give a heads up

I wanted to warn everyone to be careful with the Neosporin Essentials Trial pack rebate. When this product was first offered, they had the same rebate offer. I had an ECB that needed to be used, so I thought that this would be a great way to use it. I also used a manufacturers coupon. In the end, they only reimbursed me for my actually out of pocket. I understand that they would deduct the amount of the manufacturers coupon, but the ECBs are like cash. I was shocked that they deducted that from my rebate check as well. I think my mistake was probably only buying this one item.

weird. I did this deal as well last year and I got refunded the full amount. I remember I bought the trial pack and one other thing and my OOP was real low after using ecb’s/cpns.. around $3 or $4.
I bought mine at Walgreens using a $2 Walgreens coupon and $2 MQ. Hoping to get back the full amount but if they deduct $4 thats okay.
I got the full amount but I think I did have other items in my shopping so they didn’t know which went with which. When in doubt, make sure you add other stuff when rebates are concerned.
No limit on the Stayfree so however many newspapers you want to buy…you can just keep going and going with them.

amen, that is one of those toilet paper and diaper things…you hate to spend $ on them considering they go right in the trash but it goes a long way at donation centers =)

Then I went to the store and got the Hartford Courant (cheaper) and my mother in law brought me her The Republican (free)…they had 2 skinny inserts inside…I ended up paying $4 for another Boston Globe, but their inserts are so worth it! 🙂
If you want the Stayfree, you might want to go now! The first store I went to this morning didn’t have any, and I bought the last ones at another store. At least you can get a raincheck at CVS, but you never know if they will get back in stock in time.
Last time they had a sale on stayfree and my cvs was out they subsituted cvs brand. Also the q Takes the whole $4.49 off..Unfortunatly the cashier working at my cvs this morning voided it and manually put in the actual price of $3.79.
when in doubt, special order. As long as the manufacturer doesn’t have a prob with it, my store is really good at honoring my special orders (that includes those items you have rain checks for =) Good luck!
Is anyone else having an issue that they did not get the coupons listed for the matchups. Here in MA I did not get ROC, Aveeno, Band aids or Neosporin. I have all 5 inserts they are just not in them. Very odd. I am used to occasionally not having one or two that are mentioned but to have so many missing I wonder if I am missing pages or something. If you are in the area please let me know if you had a similar issue.

I just tried the Aveeno deal on the 2.5 oz and it did NOT give up the $6 ECB – so buyer beware of this size. Still a good deal the way I made it work in my scenario but it did not work as planned. (Michigan)
Didn’t work for me in Ohio either. Small 2.5 ounce pictured but wouldn’t print EB and manager wouldn’t override it to print because they said it was misprinted in ad and is for the bigger sizes.
Just went to CVS. Got the RoC facial Cleansers for $10.99 each. Also from the Magic Coupon Machine I got one $5 ECB( for spending $50 in beauty products), $1.50 ECB(?) and a $4 off $20 facial products. Used two of my $3/1 RoC coupons and my ending total was 4.84 ( I used a $6 ECB instead of the $5 & a $.75 ECB). My $17 ECB didn’t print with my receipt. They had to print it separately. But with the extra $4/$20 and $1.50 it was a great MM!
Jordan – The $1.50 ECB was probably from your fall spending, thats how much I got too.
Also the machine printed $2/2 Tresemme coupons, they can be used on the travel size shampoos that sell for .99.
Yes you can use the tresemme coupon on the travel sizes and get 2cents overage. I just got one shampoo and one conditioner earlier this week 🙂
