      You should call them! I never got my order either and called them at the end of last week. They had to go over my information and then told me they would send everything over to processing. I’m not actually sure if I will get it, but I’m hoping it will come this week.

      Yes, same here. Appareantly there was a system error, or so they say. I called them and I was offered the same deal with the same prices and free body wash. I do wish they would have called me.
      I will say I will never order from them again, just based on principle and common courtesy.

      I called them today and they said “my order never reach the warehouse and we are out of stock and could not honor my order,sorry. But if I wanted to order something else they could honor my free shipping.” No other compensation was offered when I asked. Cust rep was not the friendliest. 🙁

    The the Makeup remover is out of stock but I just bought our favorite Norwegian Formula hand lotion. It’s the only lotion my hubby will use, since his hands are so cracked in the winters for NOT using any lotion the rest of the time. I just paid $4.49 for the lotion and the free rainbath shipped!     I also did the deal that was posted in December for the free Rainbath shower gel. Got my hubby some shave lotion stuff and was going to put it in a valentine’s date gift basket for him. It never arrived and sent 3 emails (because I was never notified) to try to check on it. I didn’t try calling, but the email response time was several days. I got excited because I thought everything had been resolved when the asked me to email them my confirmation email and # so they could send it, but then finally heard back today and it is not on it’s way. 🙁 they said they were having technical difficulties during the holidays. If this was the case, I wish they had emailed customers directly, but who knows…maybe their “technical difficulties” left them without a way to do that??!
    I don’t think I want to to try to order again…..

    I ordered from them the last time they ran this promotion (over three weeks ago) and never received my order. I called today and said they had my order but hadnt processed it and I would have to reorder. They also couldn’t tell me if my card had been charged or not so now I have to go back and check my statement. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them!

    Neutrogena is a whacktastic company! Buyer beware! You may get your oder, but chances are you wont, and then you’ll be screwed because they’re seriously lacking in the customer service department. Not only did I not receive me Dec 14th order after getting order confirmation and asking me to review my recent purchase on Dec 29th that I never received, but the best part is when I called them today to find out where my order went and they basically told me to buzz off

      I’d call BBB to report how they handled the situation and that they didn’t honor their offer. Businesses don’t like to be reported to BBB.

      BEWARE!!! I had the worst experience with their customer service!!! I also placed an order on Dec 14th for this deal and received an e-mail confirmation. As of 1/4/13, I hadn’t received the items, so I called customer service. They explained how they had a system problem and that my order was never processed. I was told I had to place a new order and that I would receive it within 7-10 business days. As of 1/15, I still hadn’t received anything, so I called customer service again to check on the order. They told me the 2nd order never went through and that I would again have to place a new order!! The rep was VERY rude and acted like it was no big deal. I told her that this was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me she would look into the order and call me back. Today, 1/16, I got a call back from a different rep (NOT the manager I spoke to) and she told me that all she could do is place a new order. Reluctantly, I gave her the info and asked her how long it would take to get the items and she told me 7-10 days! I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t ship it faster considering I had been waiting over a month and then she finally agreed to ship 5-7 days. I still wasn’t happy but told her I just wanted the order. After I gave her all the info, she told me my credit card was invalid (the one I use ever day and have NEVER had a problem with). I told her it must be her system or she entered it wrong. She tried again and told me it wouldn’t go through. I’m usually a patient person, but now I am furious and give her another card to try. She proceeds to put me on hold and then tells me that card isn’t working either, but since I’ve had such a hard time, she’ll waive all fees and send the order for free. I am still not confident that I’ll get what I ordered or even get the order and I will NEVER order anything from them again. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and even though the order is free (only ordered $6.00 worth of items), I would have rather have paid and gotten the order the first time than go through what I did. Also, she said I might get billed accidentally (because they must still be having system issues) and if I do, just call them back! Can you imagine how helpful they’ll be if that happens! For their sake, I hope it doesn’t 🙂
