I got a $20 credit also but don’t know how to use it! It’s not showing up anywhere in my account even when I click through my email. I have even tried adding over $20 of items into my cart but still not showing up!
The email you received has a one time use promo code you must enter on your shutterfly account. Log in, go to my account, then click on add offer code. It will automatically deduct the offer once you’ve added the correct amount/ item for the offer you were given. Hope this helps!

The code for the credit is in the email… just look closely. You’ll enter it when you checkout, or you can enter it now to use a little later by logging into shutterfly, click “my account” at the top of the screen, then click “enter special offer code” at the bottom of the screen. You can then enter the code and it will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase (it will show up when you view your cart). Hope this helps!

That doesn’t sound plausible; if someone inputs the code, then it would seem first come first served. If someone inputs the code thereafter, there’d be a message saying “Sorry, this special offer code has already been used.” Bethany probably just got to it first. Message them – see what they say…
