   Not sure if I got it or not…filled out the survey then it took me to another site: Survey Monkey…never received confirmation on the blender…

  That’s because surveymonkey is a free survey site and unless the company pays (usually per respondent) to use the professional features, they can’t customize a landing page. If you filled out the survey and got the surveymonkey link, you’re done and should get it.

  What I want to know is how they know I filled out the survey after reqesting the bottle with my information? They didn’t ask me for my name again in the survey.

  Well, I guess (hope)they recorded it when we filled out our info first and then used the survey link which appeared afterwards.

    You have to do the survey about Whey supplements. If you didn’t do that, I don’t think you’ll get the bottle.

    mine ended on surveymonkey also, and it said thank you for taking the survey. So I assume I’ll get one. I actually have bought their whey as I wanted no flavor although its spendy

    I clicked on the link on the left to take the survey, however after I finished it, the landing page said “This survey is currently closed. Please contact the author of this survey for further assistance.” So I’m assuming that there’s no bottle to be had :(.
