  I was getting same message and i was confused because i hadn’t requested one yet but i was doing it through my phone tho then i tried it on my computer and it ended up working for me!

  Hi Karen B. Are you on a mobile device by any chance? The comments left under the post from last night seem to indicate that it doesn’t work when requesting the sample from a mobile device. I got the same message last night when requesting from my Android but tried again this morning from my PC and it worked just fine.

  I received the same message when I tried to do it with my phone. However, when I requested a sample on my computer, with the same info as on my phone, it got the sample.

   Wouldn’t accept the entry form in Chrome, but no problem in IE. Usually that’s the other way around for me!
