SavingStar eCoupons are not intended to be combined with manufacturer’s coupons.

    From the FAQ:
    https://savingstar.com/blog/frequently-asked-questions/#faq21

Do SavingStar eCoupons stack with in-store discounts or manufacturer’s coupons?

SavingStar eCoupons will work whether or not you combine them with other services’ coupons, but they are not intended to be used this way. Generally, manufacturers state that it is against their policies for shoppers to redeem more than one manufacturer’s coupon for the same purchase. Using in-store coupons in combination with SavingStar eCoupons is not a problem.

In the future, we may implement mechanisms to limit the combination of SavingStar eCoupons with other manufacturer coupons.

Thank you! I wish more people would actually pay attention to and follow this rule. (It’s true also that some people simply do not know.) It’s either the Savingstar ecoupons OR the paper coupons…not both.

Hi Laura and MyKeshea, Please note that you can use manufacturer coupons with SavingStar “One or Many” deals such as this one. We just updated our FAQ to reflect this. (Our standard eCoupons are considered manufacturer coupons which is why we do not encourage them to be used with another manufacturer coupon. One or Many deals are not considered manufacturer coupons). Thanks, Josh from SavingStar

          Thanks for the clarification, Josh!

        • MyKeshea

Thank you so much for clearing that up, Josh! I’m so glad that we can use coupons on these. Whoo hoo!

Do you have spend $20 in one trip? If not, could you purchase products from two different stores and still get the credit?

    • Jennifer

It says that purchases may be made over multiple shopping trips (lower left hand corner of the image in the grey bar at the bottom). You can make purchases from different stores as long as they are linked to your Saving Star account.

Yesterday at CVS I bought Febreeze Set and Refresh (pink) rang $1.99 and produced 1 ECB. I used $3/3 any Febreeze from inserts. So my Set and Refreshes ended-up 1cent MM…but could’ve been better MM with Saving Star!

So, how do we redeem these? Show the cashier an ecoupon on our phone? Scan the store receipt? Thanks!

    • Maryann

Oops, sorry. Guess I should have read the “added to your card” part. Too bad I don’t buy much at the only stores included. The prices are too high around here.
