I’ve never heard of savings star, is it a regional thing or can anyone anywhere sign up for it? And if so, is it free?

    • SavingStar (@SavingStar)

Hi Lory, SavingStar works with over 100 chains nationwide in all 50 states. Type in your zip code on the site to see participating stores in your area or click the participating stores link in the footer of our website. Yes, we’re free to use! -Josh from SavingStar

      • Cindy

Do you have to buy $15 in one transaction?

  2. Melissa

Lory anybody can sign up. ITs an on line offer. You attach your cards to it and earn money for buying stuff

  3. Corinne

It’s not showing this deal for me.

    • Jennifer

Make sure you’re viewing the offer on a desktop or laptop computer. The “one or many” offers don’t show up on mobile for some reason.

      • Corinne

        Got it, thank you!

      • Kristy

Jennifer- see if you have an update pending for savingstar on your mobile phone. They updated the app to show the one or many deals.

        • Jennifer

Hmm… I just uninstalled and re-installed the app on my phone, and I’m still not seeing any of the one or many offers. Maybe it’s an android vs iphone thing?

          • SavingStar (@SavingStar)

Hi Jennifer, The One or Many deals are currently on the website and the iPhone app but not Android. Coming to Android in the next few weeks! Thanks, Josh from SavingStar

      • Allie

I was able to activate the offer from my iPhone just fine using safari

        • Tarri

I just did it on my kindle fire

  4. Cort

I think it would be a better deal to get the bottles of all, theyre buy 1 get 1 free and they have more loads per bottle then the pacs and online theyre 7.49! more for less!

    • Jasmine

But it only adds up to 14.98. Can you still get the SavingStar 5.00?

      • Cannielle

Jasmine, you have to spend at least $15.00 to get the offer

      • mel

online prices vary from actual in store prices. For Savingstar, you do have to hit $15 to get the $5 deposit.

        • Cort

Oh darn your right! stupid math! lol!

  5. Grecia P

Just want to say thanks Collin for all you do!!! This is the best site ever!!!!

  6. Erin

If you have a Kroger in your area the liquid is on sale for $3.49 use the $2/2 coupon to get them for $2.49.

    • Amanda

Thanks for the info. I will have to go to Fred Meyer(Kroger) today.

      • SavingStar (@SavingStar)

Thanks for using SavingStar Amanda. Remember, Kroger purchases can take up to 22 days to post to your account. (We’re working them to try to speed up the purchase data being sent to us). -Josh from SavingStar

        • Theresa

Thanks Josh for that info. I did the WW purchase at Fred Meyer, and was wondering when the purchase data would show up in my account

  7. Candace

How do you use the $5 in your account then?

    • Cort

paypal, transfer it to a bank account or you can get an amazon gift card!

  8. benny

Still not a good deal. CVs lowest price is 3.77 (less 10/30) net price is 1.51. I`ll just pass this deal until it on sale for 3.77

  9. benny

Still the same price net is 1.51- if the regular price is 7.54 . The only difference is you have a higher tax

  10. robin

I hope this isn’t a really dumb question. Does it have to be the All Free Clear or Stainlifter or can it be any all “flavor?” I just went out to Kroger this afternoon and bought 2 of the 96 load jugs that they had marked down to $8.88 and used the $2 off 2 q. Then hopefully I will get the $5 SavingStar deposit. I figured that’s $10.76 for 192 loads of laundry! Oh Yipee! I just got up and went and looked, and they ARE Stainlifter, so I guess I should be good. I think that makes it about 5.5cents a load?

    • Rachel

Yours is cheaper by 2 cents per load

  11. jenn

thanks collin! i was looking for some laundry detergent packs for my little sister going off to college in the fall. i wanted to make a going away basket, and these packets are so much lighter than lugging around huge bottles around the dorms!

  12. Tammy

I never can get any of the Saving Star’s offers to go through at any of the stores offered. has anyone else hd this issue?

  13. Jeff Walker

Can I buy $30 and get $10 back or use two different CVS cards and get $5 back when I spend $30 on each card?

  14. Meghan

This deal says “Limit 2”. Does that mean limit 2 bottles or limit two B1G1 deals?

  15. Becky

Don’t you just buy 2 with 1 coupon to get over the $15 for Saving Star? Buying 4 would cost almost $32…

    • erica

They are on sale for B1G1 so 4 bottles would be 15.98

  16. Cindy

The ad says Limit 2, is that a set of B1G1F or just two in total? I think just two items. So, how can you buy 4 then? Do you have to spend $15 all at one time at one store?

    • sandra

I was wondering the same thing. Does “limit 2” mean limit of two deals, where you could get 4 bottles of detergent?

  17. Whitney

    Coupons are gone 🙁

  18. Retta

I only got credit for the cost of 1 bottle, since it’s a BOGO deal. Not a problem for me, but if you’re particular about your deals…

  19. Meily

I bought $15 worth before the expiration date 4/10, but it hasn’t posted my 2nd haul. Does that mean I won’t get the $5?

    • Robin

Provided you purchased the correct products it will get credited. I use Kroger and CVS. CVS turns in their credits really quickly, it takes Kroger forever it seems like, but they have ALWAYS given me my credit. As long as the purchase is made by the expiration date, you will get it eventually. Hope this helps.
