Best Buy Reward Zone Members: Earn 25 More FREE Points (Via the Facebook App)

If you’re a Best Buy Reward Zone program member (it’s free to sign up!), you can currently score yet another 25 FREE Reward Zone points! Just head to the Best Buy Reward Zone Facebook App by signing in or registering for an account, then click on the “User Poll” tab and scroll down to take the new Poll. After taking the poll, a pop up should come up stating that you just earned 25 points! And keep in mind that you only need 250 points to score a $5 Rewards Certificate!

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have had issues earning points or having points taken away from your account, make sure to email or call customer service. From reading the comments on previous posts, it sounds like many of you are having problems… but it also sounds like customer service is being very helpful in getting these issues taken care of.

    ty I just redeemed $15.00 certificate yesterday.i bought hotel transylvania and taken 2 with price match of $10 each.i was doing happy dance because I only pay $5.12 for 2.

    i got mine another $5 certificate. ty…. and another thing… i hv lost 175 points. & yesterday i called customer sevice, a nice guy gave me 500 point. ($10) … ๐Ÿ˜€ i m happy happy happy

        I got a real nice customer service rep who politely said that on the 23rd my points should be given back and she was sorry for the inconvenience (and was pretty much all she was going to say about it). So I “politely” said, “Well, I went to Best Buy the other day to make a purchase, I had planned on using a $5 certificate from my points, but they disappeared!” I told her that I had lost 240 points before I added another 125 from the facebook pools and was disappointed that I couldn’t print out a certificate. I told her that I shop at Best Buy in order to get points to use on future purchases but since they had disappeared and I needed to purchase a few things this week, that I will consider using Amazon in the future. At that point, she asked me if I would please hold on the line for a minute, so I did. She came back on and said that for my inconvenience, she was issuing me $500 points which equaled a $10 certificate. ****So my point it, be polite, but be persistant ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

    Customer Service has always been very good with regards to points. So if there is a problem, please give them a call.

    OK, so I just did another poll and somehow in the last week, I was upgraded to Premier Silver Status (I certainly didn’t purchase the required amount in order to get that)!!! Hmm….well, I guess I’ll take that, since they took away my 240 points lol ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

      I’m also having trouble. It takes forever to load anything, and when it does, there is a Best Buy associate picture with the message, “Sorry, this page cannot be displayed,” and some possibilities as to why (none of which really make sense). I hope it works soon!!

    I’ve been trying every few hrs and it looks like its about to load the APP, then I get a white page and the web address says something like signin?error
