Best Buy Reward Zone Members: Earn 25 More FREE Points (Via the Facebook App)
If you’re a Best Buy Reward Zone program member (it’s free to sign up!), you can currently score yet another 25 FREE Reward Zone points! Just head to the Best Buy Reward Zone Facebook App by signing in or registering for an account, then click on the “User Poll” tab and scroll down to take the new Story Time Poll. After taking the poll, a pop up should come up stating that you just earned 25 points! And keep in mind that you only need 250 points to score a $5 Rewards Certificate!
Side Note: If you have noticed that some of your Rewards Zone points are missing from your account, please note that the Reward Zone program is an annual program running from January 1st to December 31st. In February every year, the Best Buy Rewards Zone system updates all accounts issuing certificates for 250 or more points and expiring points under 250. However, the points earned after January 1st, 2013 and Facebook poll points should not be effected in this process – only the points from last year 2012. If you have had points earned in 2013 that were deducted in the annualization process by the system, they will be posted back to your account when the annualization period is over (this period will take approximately 2 weeks). If you have any additional questions regarding your account, you can call Best Buy at 1-888-Best Buy.

check your points history by clicking on My Account. You should have got 25 points even though it said 0. It happened to me earlier. or just refresh it and you can see your points increased by 25.

Seems a lot of people are getting 0 points….but I got 25 which just put me to my 3rd $5 certificate! Yay!

Has anyone been able to do the kitchen ultimate space for their points. It keeps telling me it starts” tomorrow” EVERY day I know it states it was available to do on feb 17 but it just wont seem to let me.

Yes, every day, it says the kitchen starts tomorrow…maybe they are having problems? Can’t complain about free points! I’ve scored $15 already because of these polls, etc. and am half way to another $5. Thanks Best Buy & Collin for the daily reminders 🙂

Im so frustrated with this app and have only been using it since the beginning of the year…Im starting to think it’s not worth the hassle! Even though I’ve gotten $10 in certificates in less then 2 months, I’ve had so much aggravation! Customer service doesn’t seem to be much better…I HATE HATE HATE when you’re given generic responses that do not even pertain to your problem! I will say though, since I was not credited for 2 sign ups, they did give me 100 points…but still…not sure if its worth it….
