Oh how I wish this were a real-life option for some of us.
Once you’ve been with a firm a while and have their health ins. plan it’s impossible to go somewhere else-especially when you’re older. I know. 🙁
Key word: pre-existing health condition. You’re locked in.
With the new health care, pre-exisiting conditions can no longer be limitations to getting new coverage when there is a lapse in coverage. It is already in place for children with disabilities.
